As expensive as Starbucks is.. they should really practice better customer service.I ordered 3 meals at the drive through window and they hand me a greasy grill cheese in a sleeve with no bag. I ask for a bag and apparently they are only for delivery now. I asked since when the rude lady at the window says since always. Wrong! Whoever owns this store how about you quit being so cheap and get better staff!I won't be going there again!

I bought 3 cup of coffee this morning. I can't carry them. I asked staff if I could have a cup holder and a paper bag.She told me the bag only for the delivery!!!??? That is unbelievable！Starbucks company not willing to give a paper bag?????I ordered hot vanilla latte，gave me cold one. I don't have time to wait for her to make a new one. trash shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would avoid this store because they gave me a Venti cup with less than 1/4 of the volume filled with the drink. I asked for some ice, and it is still less than 1/3 of the volume. (The image shows what I received initially with added ice). The drink tastes extremely sweet. I went home, filled the remaining space with milk, and it tastes okay.

The staff was very rude, especially when they saw that I am Asian; they completely ignored me. I approached, greeted them, and politely inquired about my mobile order, but not a single person acknowledged me. Don't tell me it's too busy, because a white customer received service while I was ignored. It's truly absurd and a clear case of severe discrimination! I won't be coming to this store again, seriously.

the iced matcha latte was good and the cheese danish i asked for it to be extra crispy but it wasn't crispy it was just like it was only toasted once

I just came here to get a black ice coffee and was served quickly. Air condition was blowing and wasn't too busy midday Saturday. Pretty standard Starbucks.

Giving this location 2 stars because normally everyone here is super nice and are quick to help you out. However there was one employee in particular that gave me a hard time while I tried to order a venti pink drink, just because he recognized my voice. I would prefer to keep things professional, especially considering that it was obvious I was not comfortable with the interaction. Had I known he had worked here I would have never gone. I tried to keep things professional but he kept messing around while I ordered. After I exited the drive through I started getting panic attack symptoms from how frustrated I was with the situation.Long story short, if you are looking for a quick easy drink it's not going to be likely with that particular employee. Everyone else is more than capable.

I do understand that they were busy, so the time I received my drink was fair. The restroom was dirty and unsanitary. Overall, I would not come back to this location.
