“Shanghai Dynasty is a relatively new spot, and the food is excellent.
Everything tastes handmade, and you can actually see a couple of ladies making dumplings by hand behind glass, similar to what you’d see at Din Tai Fung. The difference is that Shanghai Dynasty is much more affordable, while still delivering very consistent quality. The prices feel at least 40% lower than Din Tai Fung.
The mini wonton soup is excellent, and they often pair it with the original xiao long bao dumplings as a special for $14.99, which is a great value.
I don’t see them listed on DoorDash or Uber Eats, so I believe you have to come into the casino and order from the poker section.
The food prices here feel like old-school Vegas: low prices, generous value, but with genuinely high-quality food. Highly recommended.“

“Plenty of seats. Extra like fifty cent charge for cards. Lady barely seem to speak english. Food taste a lil cheap. Got the mixed veg and fried rice. It was ok. Steam table food. The thing with these type of places is that the veggies taste clear/fake or something lol paid 15 with extra side of broccoli. Try it out if u will. Id go back last. Didnt taste like gmos or salty though.“

“We had a wonderful family birthday dinner at Duck House! The 3-course Beijing duck was absolutely fantastic, and the combination fried rice and crab soup were delicious too.
Thanks to Catherine and the friendly, attentive staff. The inside dining area had such a warm and cozy atmosphere, which made our celebration even more special.
Highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time for ordering Beijing Duck. We’ll definitely be back!“

Every single item we ordered blew our minds with how tasty they were. It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
We were traveling from Utah and were in that town accidentally. We wandered in to the closest restaurant nearby and were not at all prepared for how nice this was. Even though we were not looking our best from a long day on the road, we were treated kindly and even had nice conversation with the owner.
This is now on our must list EVERY time we come to California!“

“We were pleasantly surprised and loved this little restaurant! We originally came to Chinatown to eat at the other famous place down the street from here, but there was a 2 hour wait there and we needed to eat and get going to the Dodger game! That’s when Google came to the rescue and we found Jade Wok!! We ordered fried rice, chow mein, spare ribs, kung-pow chicken, house beef and all were very delicious!! We are forever happy customers and will continue to come back! The owner and her son served us and were very attentive!“

“This is absolutely our favorite go to restaurant whenever we visit LA. A must stop for us. Living in CA and then moving to MN, we always crave for the noodles here. We visit every 2-4 years and the soups and noodles have always been consistent. The flavors are truly astonishing! We took my parents to visit last week again, and we stopped there 3X! A few days later back at home in MN and we are craving the soups already! Would definitely recommend this place.“

“Had a yummy dinner with great service in a lovely setting. We love the hot and sour soup here and the lemon yuzu scallops are my absolute favorite! Love the beef rolls and the cauliflower dish too. “The service was COMPLETELY unacceptable. An employee was rude, speaking in a language I can’t recognize and started yelling at me simply because I didn't understand what she was trying to say. Why get angry and keep screaming when customers don't understand? This business is located in LA—if an obvious communication barrier happens, staff should try to bridge it instead of continuing to yell in the same language at a confused customer. I can't believe I was treated this way. Do we now need to learn EVERY LANGUAGE ON EARTH just to get basic service?“

“the restaurant is super clean. If you show up thinking you're going to order Orange chicken, Broccoli beef, kung pao chicken or any of that chinese fast food then this is not the place for you. BUT if you're looking for some delicious mouth watering dumplings cooked in various forms then you're at the CORRECT place. I brought my mom here and we tried the pork chive regular dumplings, the pan fried beef and cumin dumplings and the regular fried rice. All of it was delicious. Also they give you a complimentary bowl of egg drop corn soup. NOT a small bowl but a good size portion, it was GOOOOOD. I will definitely be back with the rest of the family and I want to try the beef noodle soup. DON'T fall asleep on the fried rice.“

“I have been to a lot of places with similar food as this location. I was taking my mom out to eat and it was our first time there. The lady who was the server was very friendly when I told her my mom was looking for wonton soup and she said that they did have some. It was delicious and very fresh. I got a plate with chow mein and 2 items of choice which were good in portion size. Hands down one of the best orange chicken I have had. I also had bbq pork which was also good. The thing that blew my mind from taste was there smoked porked ribs and their squash with green beans. The ribs were amazing almost like if they specialize in BBQ. Location was clean. I will definitely be returning.“

“We ordered the sauerkraut fish and the portion size was huge. It was more than enough for two people, and we still had a lot of leftovers to take home. The flavor was really good--savory, tangy, and comforting without being overwhelming.
We also tried the quail eggs, which were battered and fried. They were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and honestly super tasty. Perfect little bite-sized snacks.
Overall, great portions, solid flavors, and definitely worth it if you're hungry or want leftovers for later. Would come back again!“

“Tried Vege Valley Restaurant recently and honestly it was a good surprise. I’m not even strictly vegetarian but the food was really flavorful and fresh. Ordered noodles and a veggie dish both were well cooked and not too oily, which I liked.
The place is simple perfect for a relaxed meal. Service was quick and staff were polite. Pricing also feels reasonable for the portion size.
Only small issue was parking, took a bit of time to find a spot. But overall definitely worth visiting if you want healthy and tasty veg food.“

“the food was absolutely amazing! 10000/10 this is some delicious traditional chinese food and 100% worth trying, the prices are amazing and the portions are HUGE! The lady worker who took our order was so incredibly kind and called us friends the second we entered, this place is truly a must try! Me and my husband ordered a plate and two soups, the soups come in a large size and have a super hot delicious broth with the best fresh veggies and meats, the plate was hot, fresh, and so flavorful! Panda express is nothing compared to this place, i highly recommend checking it out!“

“This Chinese place is just too cute and adorable. They have great food, be it take out, delivery or dine in. We have done all three. It can get crowded and I don't think they take reservations. It is worth the wait.
The service is nice. The staff is wonderful and they know the menu well. You can call ahead and your food will be there for you to pick up. We often just have it delivered.
All of their food is super. We really love all their rice dishes and they are packed with flavor. Their shrimp dishes are really good and anything with crab will make you happy.
Parking is easy and yes, you will have to wait in line, but again, it is well worth it. So have fun and enjoy. It is also very clean, including the bathrooms.“
