One of my favorite Chinese restaurants for really great food. I believe this place is Michelin rated. I'm not surprised.My favorite is the crispy shrimp/prawns. They must use super hot oil to get the shrimp shells to be so light and crispy. You can eat the whole shrimp, shell, tail and all!Today, the 2 of us had the beef brisket with quail eggs and the zhajianmein, a noodle dish using black bean sauce. Both very good. Excellent service, different kinds of dishes all done with aesthetics in mind. There are a bunch of private rooms in the back for parties 10-20 ppl. Came here on a work night and it's buzzin. Really hard to find parking!!! Sure there's parking downstairs in the garage, that's also a headache to circle around. Food was delicious, fresh and a variety to pick from.
