Need to make reservations, otherwise need to wait almost hour
This is a Chinese restaurant to go to when you want something more authentic Chinese and not American Chinese. The dishes served here are the ones you find served in restaurants in China. You will not be familiar with most of them if your Chinese goto is Panda Express. Nothing wrong with that, it's just different.

The fish dishes are unreal. Soft, sweet, almost silky fish that I’ve never tasted in the 20 years I’ve been in the United States.

The restaurant opens at 11:30a, but lines form early. Inside, there are about ten tables for four near the entrance and larger tables for groups in private rooms or the rear.
