“Cute lounge spot. Would be nice to come with a friend and play some games while we catch up over boba. Didnt try the food so not sure how it is but the cookies are huge! They have smoothie bowls and treats to grab on the go. Tried the caramel toffee milk tea, I haven't tried it yet, and I must say I do like it. I love a caramel, and there's just enough in here without it being too sweet. It's mixed well.“

Osmantheous Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (less sugar, less ice): This was fantastic! The tea-forward flavor was exactly how I like my milk tea, and the boba had just the right texture—not too chewy and not overly sweet. I’d definitely order this again.

Strawberry Oolong Tea (less sugar, less ice): A little on the sweeter side for my taste, but still a great deal at just $2.99.

To my surprise, they were running a buy-two-get-one-free special during Christmas week! The third drink that was part of the promotion was an Iced Strawberry Matcha, which was quite sweet but still a nice addition to the experience.

“With plenty of bakeries around SGV, I had to try Oh My Pan as I've heard some good qualities about their shop. Parking here is small to moderate as it's shared with other shops. Pretty small lot but there's underground as well, could be a bit compact but street parking is also accessible.

At first glance, this is a pretty sizeable bakery. A decent amount of tables as well since it's a cafe combo. Cakes, bread, drinks are all accessible and the drinks are fairly good for the cheaper price compared to the standard boba shops.

Breads here are restocked fairly often and from the baskets, there's plenty of unique options of breads that aren't seen in other bakeries. One that caught my eye was the boba bread and the matcha swirl bread. Both are fairly delicious but I would say it's a acquired taste. Definitely a try it once type of bread and have a verdict afterwards.

My partner and ordered a couple of the breads to try which include the signature pineapple breads, matcha, sausages, and some sweeter bread as well. All were pretty soft, fresh, and cheaper compared to other bakeries. We also ordered two drinks, the Orchid Milk Tea & the Light Oolong Milk Tea.
Both were pretty refreshing but nothing over the top as it's cheaper than the usual shops.

Overall, a nice spacious bakery/cafe combo that's good for doing some work, a small bite, or drinks for affordable price. They also have cakes so that's definitely an option whenever I have a birthday to consider.“

I would suggest that most people if not all should try one time n u 2 would be hooked too. “Neighbors Tea House offers the most exception beverages and sweet treats, like their Smashed Avocado and Durian and soy pudding. I’m still making my way through their menu but there hasn’t been anything I’ve ordered that I didn’t wish I ordered a large of. Their team is exceptional, especially during COVID. This fairly new boba spot is located in West Covina, right on the corner of Glendora Ave and E Service Ave. I believe it opened around two years ago, so it still feels pretty fresh and new to the area.

Parking was pretty convenient. There is street parking available, and there is also a small parking lot in the back for the building’s tenants.

🏠 Interior / Atmosphere
The shop itself looks bright, clean, and inviting. It has big shop signs, sofas, and a few cute spots where you can take pictures. From what I heard, they also host K-pop gatherings from time to time, which gives the place a fun and unique vibe.

🙋 Service
The staff were friendly, interactive, and easy to talk to. They answered my questions with helpful information and made the experience feel welcoming.

🧋 Drinks
I ordered the Guanyin milk tea, which was recommended to me after I mentioned that I prefer a stronger tea flavor. It was a good recommendation, and I enjoyed that the tea taste came through well. Even though I ordered 100% sugar, the drink did not taste overly sweet, which I appreciated.

Overall, I had a good experience here. I would personally rate this place around a 4.3 to 4.7, but because the staff were so interactive and welcoming with customers, I would give them a 5. Keep it up!!“

“El Monte doesn’t have too many good boba spots, but Ono Tea House is a decent option. Prices here are a little lower than most places, which is nice.

The tea itself is just okay — not super strong — and the drinks can lean on the sweeter side. I usually order mine with 1/4 sugar since I don’t like them too sweet.

Overall, it’s not a spot I’d go out of my way for, but if you’re in El Monte and really craving boba, it does the job.“

“lychee obsession 🤍 Tried all three drinks from ChaHalo’s Lychee Series, and every one was delicious! Think fragrant lychee flavor, jelly, and real fruit in every sip. The lychee oolong milk tea was creamy and smooth (my favorite), the lychee slushie was sweet and fruity, and the lychee jasmine lemon tea was so refreshing. A little something for every mood—and no wrong choice!“

“Was recommended Goomo Tea Shop by my wife and it didn't disappoint at all. As we entered, the interior was very modern, a lot of cute & colorful wall designs. A huge plus is the self serve kiosk and their very large menu. My wife and I took a bit to choose our drink options due to the large menu & first time, but since the shop wasn't busy, we took our time and the staff were very friendly about it. We ultimately decided on two options. I love the design of the cup, although common nowadays in some boba shops, It should be the default cup for all shops. Easily saleable drinks

1. Barley Mochi Fresh Milk Tea - Easily one of my favorites, the mochi combo with the barley is for sure a match. The barley in my opinion is an acquired taste, some like it, some don't but in my opinion, the barley in this shop is perfect. Very addicting & good size. I believe this drink can complement other drinks really well.

2. Watermelon Tornado - As someone who loves the tornado type drinks, this is the perfect drink for a hot day. Super refreshing, and the best part is that it's not too sweet. Perfect balance of ingredients to taste the watermelon & the drink itself. (+Pts for using fresh fruits) Highly recommend as one of the plentiful tornado type drinks.

Overall, wonderful shop, free and plentiful of parking in the plaza, good quality drinks, clean interior, and friendly staff. Will be back to this shop whenever I'm in the area to try the other menu options.“

“I’ve been coming here for months as my go-to boba shop since it’s close by. You really can’t beat the value here, plus the food is decently good for a quick meal. It gets busy in the afternoons during the school year with high school students, so come early if you plan to do some work at a cafe, and bring noise canceling headphones. Parking is plentiful and free which is a nice plus.
Interior is very cute, good amount of tables as I see plenty of people sit and do work on their laptops here. To the right is a wishing tree that's decorated and perfect for photos. There's also a self ordering kiosk which is great when the shop gets busy.

The menu itself is very extensive and very unique. Ranging from brown sugar specials which is one of their signatures to one of my personal favorites, the sparkling series. They also have Yakult, cheese, and fruit series to order. Staff is friendly and quick as our drinks came out withing 5 minutes.

-- Peach Oolong Milk Tea ($6.00) -
Very refreshing drink, peach doesn't overpower the drink as a whole and is just a perfect drink overall. Came in their deco cups which was a plus. Mixed very well with the Oolong Milk Tea, I would recommend this drink for anyone that has trouble deciding what to get. 10/10

-- Strawberry Peach Sparkling Tea ($6.25) --
I was pretty interested in the sparkling series and this one caught my eye the most. It's pretty much as expected, sparkling tea. Similar to a soda feeling, this was a solid refresher on a warm day. Although the taste kind of went away after about an hour, it was still a decent drink to try. Definitely checking the other sparkling drinks out next time I visit. 8/10

One underrated thing about this shop is their different type of cups. Ranging from the standard size cups, to their round cups and their decorated cups. Many drinks come in the smaller round cups so watch out for that if you're expecting a standard cup. Regardless, the cups are well made and super cute and sturdy.

Overall, wonderful shop with cute designs, friendly staff, and high quality drinks. You can't really go wrong with any drink here as they're all super flavorful. Highly recommend giving BenGongs a visit.“

“This is an unassuming shop from the outside, but it really surprised me. There's a good ammount of seating, having both an inside and outside that are both pleasant. We ordered the strawberry slush with boba, large shaved ice, and churros. The churros were filled with a delicious custard. All dishes had super cute presentation and attention to detail. “Apparently This is the SPOT for Thai tea. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. Service was amazing and I got their large green Thai tea and added jiggly soft grass jelly to it. New butterfly pea milk tea which comes with basil seeds and added some silky pudding to it. And refreshing Thai tea slush that came with some creamy cheese foam. All the drinks were perfectly sweet, warmly spiced, and pretty much just tasted like your good old classic Thai teas. Overall this place was lowkey pretty good.
