I’ve been coming here for months as my go-to boba shop since it’s close by. You really can’t beat the value here, plus the food is decently good for a quick meal. It gets busy in the afternoons during the school year with high school students, so come early if you plan to do some work at a cafe, and bring noise canceling headphones. lovely tea shop! their drinks are cheap and are very tasty. they have lots of seating space, so it is perfect for studying or just hanging out. staff are friendly. do be warned that on weekdays around 3-5 pm a bunch of students come from the nearby high school, so it gets really busy and crowded around that time.
