The brown sugar boba milk tea is rich in tea flavor with just the right amount of sweetness, and the boba is perfectly chewy and soft — absolutely delicious. “Lovely tea house with amazing quality teas from Chinese green and black teas to Japanese matcha and hojicha. The sweetest owner patiently walked us through all the flavors and even brewed fresh samples 🥰 it felt like a mini tea adventure. Took home a bag of hojicha , and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend for tea lovers!“

“After dinner nearby, we knew we wanted boba afterwards and purposely saved room for it! R&B Tea was on the opposite end of the plaza, which worked out as we worked off a little bit of dinner by walking here.
I ordered a jasmine green milk tea ($5.75) at 50% sweet with easy ice and boba ($0.75). Just the right amount of sugar with the right consistency for the boba. Would definitely order again (and also possibly try their matcha milk tea or roasted oolong milk tea). Post-dinner boba craving met! Thanks Tiffany for taking care of our large group order!
They have two small tables in the front and more table space in the back for hanging out and playing board games. We picked The Logo Game and learned new facts about products and logos and what not from the game. Did you know that Baskin Robbins had 31 flavors particular to cover each day of the month? I didn't, until the game. Fun times.

“Was a perfectly fine boba place. We had the coconut based drinks, osmanthus and jasmine, with cheese foam. The osmanthus is more fragrant, perfect at 75% sweet. The jasmine probably needed 100% sweetness because it was a bit lighter in taste.

“Stopped by Chicha San Chen and was really impressed with the quality of their tea. I ordered the green tea with passion fruit, no sugar, and it was incredibly refreshing. The tea itself tasted very clean and high quality, and the passion fruit added just the right amount of natural brightness without needing any sweetness. You can really tell they focus on the tea here. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for something light, refreshing, and well-crafted.“

“lovely tea shop! their drinks are cheap and are very tasty. they have lots of seating space, so it is perfect for studying or just hanging out. staff are friendly. do be warned that on weekdays around 3-5 pm a bunch of students come from the nearby high school, so it gets really busy and crowded around that time.“
