This spot specializes in potato noodles, skewers, and Hainan chicken.
Combo #1 comes with two bowls of rice and soup, a plate of chicken, cucumber salad, and fried peanut. The rice is very fragrant and the chicken was tasty with the sweet and spicy sauces.
The potato noodles is very tasty. I will say the best one in LA. If you want to add more protein to the soup that’s good. It is also good for the original recipe. I absolutely love the numbing, peppery flavor of Sichuan pepper in potato noodles.”

“I often go to this location and I order thru Uber eats. They're great Everytime, although I do wish they read the notes on Uber for certain specifications I'd like, that's their only weakness. Besides that their service and friendliness is great. This place would be my weekly spot if I could spare it. The tacos both battered and grilled fish are amazing!”

“Well the pizza dough was okay. The pepperoni looked and tasted raw . IT didn't have that good quality of pizza but overall it was just okay.. The customer service was good . But I was looking for that New York Pizza taste. Someone recommended me to this place..”

“I really loved this place! Such a good spot for date night. I really enjoyed the bbq ribs appetizer. My boyfriend had the fried oysters appetizer all to himself. I loved the albacore served with very thin slices of onion and a small bed of rice. The California roll was superb. Washed it all down with their Nigori sake & crème brûlée. Love that they are open late on Saturdays too. 10/10 for me 😍”

“A very nice brewery that should serve all of your drinking needs. It has a welcoming atmosphere, designed to feel like a library (books included!). I spent some time with friends from work, and everyone had an enjoyable time. Merch is available to purchase at the front counter. I was able to order from a nearby restaurant using a QR code and get my food and drink delivered to the bar, which should make this a good place to hang with friends even if you don't want alcohol. They also have trivia and board game nights; I haven't attended any, but I bet they'd be fun.”

“This was extra special day Mama time sweet day! because it was our mama time while the kids were in school—a chance to slow down, catch up with a friend, and enjoy a peaceful meal together. We loved this cute little corner we discovered in Walnut. The space is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged—perfect for relaxing and chatting without feeling rushed.

The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and polite. The hospitality really stood out and made us feel at home.
Delicious small bite & beautifully prepared dish! We tried the mini yubu sushi, which were fun, flavorful, and perfectly portioned for sharing.
The donburi bowl with seared salmon was so good—fresh, satisfying, and beautifully balanced. We also enjoyed the sweet shrimp & tobiko combination, which tasted very fresh and light.

Everything felt small enough to sample more, yet still filling and satisfying. Wanted to tried 9 yubu sushi. Owner said stop tried 4!! Too much food for beautiful ladies to handle LoL 😆 it is true. Honestly, we wanted to try even more items, but our stomachs were already full!

There are so many items on the menu we’re excited to come back for—especially the specialized sushi selections and the Chef’s Combo Rice Bowl. This is definitely a place worth returning to when you want thoughtful food, a calm atmosphere, and friendly service.

Such a lovely spot for a casual meet-up, a quiet lunch, or foodie exploring. Just a recommendation bigger tables for people who want to order more food and for bigger group size. The only suggestion I would appreciate so I can bring more friends over. Next time I’ll try different drinks. I thought mine was a little bit sweet. With mango and matcha tea.

“Simple Taiwanese lunch bentos, generally $11 each (since March 2024 I believe), cash only. Check the Facebook page for the daily menu. There is one option each for chicken, pork, or fish. Additionally, I believe you can call in ahead of time to order a fried pork chop (no walk-in orders for that). Each bento comes with a small soup. Flavors are on the lighter side; if you prefer stronger flavors, you might not enjoy these bentos.”

“I haven’t been here for a while and had a craving for the Chilaquiles. I knew they added a new Mole salsa so I called to order that to go. I was told they also have a chipotle sauce, so I went with that instead. When I got home, OH MY GOSH!! Those were the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had with the Chipotle sauce. They were so good I’m embarrassed to say I lick the plate clean🥴. And of course the churros were amazing as usual.”

“Mi Kasa is one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. Their tacos, burritos, and especially the Mi Kasa salad are all out of this world delicious. I honestly think about making the 40 minute drive just to eat there. The flavors are unforgettable! The staff at Mi Kasa are incredibly kind and welcoming as well.”

“Yummy Yummy! We're so glad that we have a delicious XLB place close to us. They have XLB (Xiao Long Bao/steamed pork dumplings) for BOGO promotion. Yes, buy one, get one free. We ordered their juicy pork Xiao Long Bao ($12.99 for 9 pieces), and they also gave us another order for free. (so we had a total of 18 pieces for 2 orders). We also ordered braised pork. The flavor of the pork was marinated well, and the texture was perfect, soft and tender. Their cucumber with garlic was also delicious.
We like their food so much and hope they do well in Walnut.”

“My new favorite boba spot in town! Super friendly service, drinks that are deliciously made without a long wait, and they happily take my reusable cups for my boba orders (I think they recognize me now lol)! I'm in Walnut about twice a month and have been stopping by Goomo for my boba cravings each time.

I'm still playing around with their menu to find my favorite drink. So far I've tried the orange green tea (50% sweet, no ice with grass jelly), passion fruit bomb, and green grape yakult and they're all good! Appreciate that they make the drinks with no syrups or artificial flavors and with actual pieces of fruit for the fruit drinks. Lately, I've been digging their jumbo cups of their classic milk tea and thai tea, both come with boba and is perfect for when you want a little more bang for your buck and just more drink overall!

My first time here I was more hungry than thirsty, so I tried their popcorn chicken, which was pretty solid. I need to come back and try their other food items on the menu.

Ordering is so easy here. Use the kiosk to select and customize your drink. Make sure to sign up for the rewards too, which also sends you a text when your order is ready. I found that after I place my order at the kiosk, I just grab their attention to ask if they can make my drink in my own cup.

Plenty of seating inside to enjoy your drinks and hang out with friends. Plenty of parking too. They are also one of the few boba shops that open until 10 pm so my friends and I come by after our evening Kiwanis meetings to grab some boba.”

“Good amount of parking. Clean interior with plenty of seating. Server, Alicia, was very nice and accommodating. Ordered Popcorn chicken rice with egg, twice cooked pork, and shrimp fried rice. All the dishes were really good and also got a free tofu dish since our order was more than $50. Would come back again!”

“Ming Cha is such a cozy cute cafe with lots of cute decor. The cafe is small but has some seating area and some board games to play with as well. Parking is shared with other businesses but there were enough areas for parking. The staff were super friendly and on point. Had assistance with some recommendations since we were quite indecisive with our choices since there were too many good options to choose from.

“Don’t always believe what you see and that goes for me too! I totally misjudged this place from the outside but once you step in you’ll be pleasantly surprised to the decor and aesthetic of this eye pleasing place. The back patio is equally as gorgeous with it being so lush with plenty of seating for large parties. The drinks are pretty good but i personally think it would be a better experience if they offered dine in mugs or cups but that’s just my opinion. We ordered one of their Croffles with mixed fruit or berries I should say. It was good but a little bit chewy but still flavorful with an eye pleasing presentation. Overall the drinks and food were good and the service really good. So that there made it a great experience. So if if you’re in the area and want a nice place to hang out at with plenty of seating for a party of four or more than definitely check this place out.”

“One of the very few places we can have some healthy food outside… @heartland_organic_cafe_mart it’s all vegan and cooked really well. We’ve been here a few times and enjoyed everything there. We had a stir fried mushroom rice plate this time and some soup noodles. It left us feeling so full of good nutrition. Bought an odd green drink as we left and it was soooo good! It was a lovely mildly sweet dessert to end off a nutritious meal.”

“I tried their peach oolong tea and loved it! They have plenty of outdoor seatings (tables, benches, and booths) and what I also liked about this cafe is that I can bring my own food. You just need to purchase their drinks. As long as you get there between 10 am and 2 pm (Tue-Sat), you can grab a drink and use their cafe area!”

Pink lemonade is good. Two spring rolls were excellent. Flan is really tiny, I honestly thought it would be a little bigger. Service is okay. “Habit burgers taste like In-N-Out burgers, but with a slight bit of salt. Service is obviously not as good or friendly as In-N-Out, but decent. The inside tables and seatings are better and more comfortable than In-N-Out. Santa Barbra Charburger on their menu is a must have and is perfect with their jalapeno on the side! I’m hooked on this new thing!”

“A little harder to find the restaurant in the plaza since there isn't a english sign. The plaza itself has plenty of parking though with many other Korean Restaurants.

I will have to say the Sundubu there is great, and so are the other dishes. Service is good as well. If you are looking for good sundubu/Korean in the area, Myung Dong Tofu house is a good choice.”

“Great selection of drinks, probably one of the better milk tea shops around the SGV. However, it is not the first time I have experienced poor service from the staff.
