“Absolutely obsessed with this restaurant! It’s my go-to whenever I’m in the Walnut area and need a guaranteed delicious meal. Let’s talk about the Hainanese chicken - it’s a revelation. The texture is unbelievably tender and smooth, not a bit rubbery. You can tell it’s made with care. The chicken skin has a lovely, subtle gelatinous quality, and when you pair it with the fragrant rice and the incredible house-made chili and ginger scallion sauces… it’s just perfection. Don’t sleep on their other dishes, either. The potato noodles come in a massive, steaming clay pot with a soup base that’s both spicy and deeply flavorful. The fried buns are golden, crispy little clouds of goodness. The atmosphere is super casual and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly. Honestly, for the quality and portion size, the price is a steal. This is a true neighborhood treasure, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!”

“We drove 50 miles to eat at Taco Nazo. Haven't been for many years since we moved to Yucaipa, and, it was so worth it! We each got a fish and shrimp taco. Afterward, my husband had a second shrimp taco. So happy.”

“I really loved this place! Such a good spot for date night. I really enjoyed the bbq ribs appetizer. My boyfriend had the fried oysters appetizer all to himself. I loved the albacore served with very thin slices of onion and a small bed of rice. The California roll was superb. Washed it all down with their Nigori sake & crème brûlée. Love that they are open late on Saturdays too. 10/10 for me 😍”

“A decent size Italian restaurant with games , a small arcade and several TVs to watch your favorite game. Pizza is above average and the meatball sandwich is so so good. Highly recommend both of them.”

“About 3.9 stars. A warmer chicken patty where it doesn't make me guess whether the chicken is fully cooked would take it to 4 stars. My chicken was fully cooked, just colder than expected. The best part next to the flavor is that the chicken is real whole chicken, not the fake ground up chicken patties found in all the big chains. They provide American yellow pickled chilies as a compliment which complements the chicken really well. This compliment should never be removed under any circumstances. Some chains like Curry House started loaing business after quietly trimming down on compliments, eventually closing & leaving California.”

“A very nice brewery that should serve all of your drinking needs. It has a welcoming atmosphere, designed to feel like a library (books included!). I spent some time with friends from work, and everyone had an enjoyable time. Merch is available to purchase at the front counter. I was able to order from a nearby restaurant using a QR code and get my food and drink delivered to the bar, which should make this a good place to hang with friends even if you don't want alcohol. They also have trivia and board game nights; I haven't attended any, but I bet they'd be fun.”

“I haven’t been here for a while and had a craving for the Chilaquiles. I knew they added a new Mole salsa so I called to order that to go. I was told they also have a chipotle sauce, so I went with that instead. When I got home, OH MY GOSH!! Those were the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had with the Chipotle sauce. They were so good I’m embarrassed to say I lick the plate clean🥴. And of course the churros were amazing as usual.”

“Found this place on Groupon, and I'm glad I did. Got a chocolate peanut butter and thatch 2 scoop waffle cone. It was absolutely delicious, and unlikethe one with31 flavors, they don't skimp at all. The gentleman serving the ice cream was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be going back. Give this place a try...”

“We always like to go to Picnic Time to get their Yubu. It's a small and cute cafe, but the ambiance is welcoming and comfortable. They also have a lot of new items on the menu. We ordered their seared salmon Yubu x 3, one Kimchi Yubu, one Lemon Ponzu Salmon Yubu, and one eel Yubu.
The food was fresh and delicious. The server was friendly.”

“We went here on Saturday for dinner for the first time and found the place to be very nice, cozy and food is very good. We ordered the Hand Pulled Dough Soup and the spicy squid with sides of rice noodles. Both were very tasty. I especially love the hand pulled dough soup. The soup is just right. Not salty, not spicy. I think it's one of the best soup we ever had.
The place is clean and service is very friendly. We just surprised this place is not all packed because the food is ready good.
Highly recommended this special Korean food restaurant and we marked this as one of our favorites.”

“Simple Taiwanese lunch bentos, generally $11 each (since March 2024 I believe), cash only. Check the Facebook page for the daily menu. There is one option each for chicken, pork, or fish. Additionally, I believe you can call in ahead of time to order a fried pork chop (no walk-in orders for that). Each bento comes with a small soup. Flavors are on the lighter side; if you prefer stronger flavors, you might not enjoy these bentos.”

“I went to the shop for the first time last week to purchase the stainless steel bottle and tofu meal. The young lady that took my order was helpful by explaining to me a couple of the features on my new bottle. While I do love my new bottle I do wish I didn't have to remove the straw to close the lid and unfortunately it doesn't fit in my cup holder. The tofu is delicious and the rice with kimchi (slightly fishy), seaweed (a little sweet) and pickle is also good. Definitely looking forward to the fried tofu again and I'm using my bottle everyday!”

“This is an unassuming shop from the outside, but it really surprised me. There's a good ammount of seating, having both an inside and outside that are both pleasant. We ordered the strawberry slush with boba, large shaved ice, and churros. The churros were filled with a delicious custard. All dishes had super cute presentation and attention to detail. As an example, the Lychee jellies inside slushy were star shaped. Would love to come again and highly reccomend!!”

“lovely tea shop! their drinks are cheap and are very tasty. they have lots of seating space, so it is perfect for studying or just hanging out. staff are friendly. do be warned that on weekdays around 3-5 pm a bunch of students come from the nearby high school, so it gets really busy and crowded around that time.”

“Ming Cha is known for teas, and I feel like their logo is very similar to that of Chagee a bit. What I really enjoyed here was the black sesame dessert. I would come back just for that!

“One of the very few places we can have some healthy food outside… @heartland_organic_cafe_mart it’s all vegan and cooked really well. We’ve been here a few times and enjoyed everything there. We had a stir fried mushroom rice plate this time and some soup noodles. It left us feeling so full of good nutrition. Bought an odd green drink as we left and it was soooo good! It was a lovely mildly sweet dessert to end off a nutritious meal.”

“I tried their peach oolong tea and loved it! They have plenty of outdoor seatings (tables, benches, and booths) and what I also liked about this cafe is that I can bring my own food. You just need to purchase their drinks. As long as you get there between 10 am and 2 pm (Tue-Sat), you can grab a drink and use their cafe area!”

“Located across the street from Mt Sac, the place has great pho. Good variety, decent pricing, and the location is clean. Our family goes there from time to time as we believe it is one of the better pho options in the immediate Walnut area. Parking is decent as well as it is a plaza.”

“Very good food with homemade taste. A little hidden place in Walnut, but with great dishes and you can feel the love in the food you eat. I tried the bistec picado, and a carne asada burrito...delicious. Do not forget to try the fruit juice. Very refreshing!”

There was a very friendly chef previously but I haven’t seen him lately, I wonder what happened to him. Luckily the noodle soup is still as good as always so I’ll still be coming back! “Habit burgers taste like In-N-Out burgers, but with a slight bit of salt. Service is obviously not as good or friendly as In-N-Out, but decent. The inside tables and seatings are better and more comfortable than In-N-Out. Santa Barbra Charburger on their menu is a must have and is perfect with their jalapeno on the side! I’m hooked on this new thing!”

“A little harder to find the restaurant in the plaza since there isn't a english sign. The plaza itself has plenty of parking though with many other Korean Restaurants.

I will have to say the Sundubu there is great, and so are the other dishes. Service is good as well. If you are looking for good sundubu/Korean in the area, Myung Dong Tofu house is a good choice.”

They offer restrooms to customers.

Not really sure how they could improve. They're at the top of the Taco Bell game. I highly recommend this location if you need a Taco Bell.”
