The service is good, with extra effort that makes the experience smoother. For drinks, the teas are quite strong and impressive in scent, though some found the tea flavor weak and the sweetness inconsistent. The taro milk tea with boba is good, rich, and creamy, and the earl grey milk tea with brown sugar mochi jelly is amazing, perfectly chewy with a rich brown sugar flavor. The boba pearls were sometimes less chewy than expected. For food, the personal shabu shabu is unexpectedly good, with a very large portion for the price, tender meat and veggies, and a perfect broth. The pork chop rice felt pretty authentic, and the popcorn chicken came in a good portion with decent flavor. The popcorn chicken rice combination was also good, a solid 7.5-8/10, with good quality chicken. Other dishes like the kung pao chicken were not very authentic. Prices are fair overall.
