The food is fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Menu highlights include Yubu, including seared salmon Yubu, Kimchi Yubu, Lemon Ponzu Salmon Yubu, and eel Yubu. The mini yubu sushi are fun, flavorful, and perfectly portioned for sharing. The donburi bowl with seared salmon is fresh, satisfying, and beautifully balanced, while the sweet shrimp & tobiko combination tastes very fresh and light. Other options include a beef-topped gunkan, spicy minced topping, grilled eel, shrimp nigiri, and a sushi roll. The salad is fresh with crisp lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and a perfect dressing, and it is unlimited. The menu has a lot of new items, including specialized sushi selections and the Chef’s Combo Rice Bowl. Customer service is amazing, with a friendly server and an incredibly kind, welcoming owner. The hospitality makes guests feel at home. Prices are reasonable with great value for high-quality ingredients. A suggestion is bigger tables for larger groups.
