This is a cute hidden gem ideal for studying or doing some work! They had a BOGO 50% off promo on all drinks everyday from 5-7pm and we like that they offered snacks on their menu. But the popcorn chicken wasn't what we were expecting..we'd give it a 2.5/5. It honestly tasted frozen and the flavoring was not the traditional seasoning at other Taiwanese boba shops. The wintermelon fruit tea was really good even with only 25% sweetness. They had plenty of parking in the parking lot. Only downside is they close kind of early. Very excited to have a boba shop in this neighborhood!

Best chicken wings I've ever had! The BOBA was amazing too! I tried the black tea! Delish!

Very tasty milk tea drink with reasonable price as well. Popcorn chicken is also delicious. They even have tons of fun books to read and spend time in this very roomy place. Nice and quiet place to spend an hour or so just to relax and enjoy the drink. Would definitely go again next time.

Friendly people and nice place but the service was unbelievably slow. An empty evening with three staff. 20+ minutes for two drinks to be made.

Cashier was real nice. The ambiance is nice for a study group or just chilling. We read a couple of their nice books including twilight notes and ghibli illustrations. The drinks i ordered were the mango pomelo, taro sago, assam BT and matcha MT. I ordered all 100% sugar and they were just all right and if you want a sweeter drink I suggest you do not adjust or else it would be bland for you. I like mine though cuz in some teashops the 100% is too sweet for me. The taro sago had abundant toppings and the matcha tea is similar to porto's which is good! Assam bt is your regular assam BT and the mango pomelo is a bit sour which is probably from real fruits. I suggest to maybe add more sugar if you are used to other areas. God bless and id most likely check them out again!

I love this boba shop. It is the ideal place for college students. Secluded area, plenty of parking, so many tables, plenty of outlets and free wifi. Music was not too loud and they have food and drink options. What more could you ask for???The menu is outside, inside, on the table, on the self order kiosk. Very considerate to those who may not know where to look! Their options are all fantastic. I got the watermelon milk tea with boba which was the perfect sweetness at 50% boba texture was good as well. Only complaint I have is that the watermelon seeds were massive and I kept chewing them on accident haha. My friend got the oolong tea with boba. I suggest getting 75% or 50% sweet for that as well because it was pretty sweet at 100%. This place is gorgeous during sunset and whoever decorated the place did amazing honestly. It feels so chill and you can do work in peace.

Came here to study on a Sunday afternoon, and I was surprised by the prices. The Assam Black Milk tea was only $2, as was the kiwi fruit tea. There was good tea flavor in the milk tea, and the kiwi was refreshing and not too sour for me. Seems like this place does a lot of various deals, so worth a few more visits to take advantage of these discounts. We got a bit hungry and got the popcorn chicken, which didn't have the discount so that was about $10, and I thought this was average and a bit overpriced. Just stick with the deals on drinks. There's plenty of tables with outlets to study at, the room is well lit, and there's plenty of parking right outside.

We were excited to come here since they're newly opened with a lot of good reviews. However, I have mixed feelings. We ordered Popcorn Chicken and Sweet Potato Fries, both of which were delicious. The chicken had a breading I've never had before, and the fries were of good portion and tasty. Even without powdered sugar, they were yummy. Now, onto the drinks. The drinks we ordered were the Peach Oolong Milk Tea. On my first sip I tasted something like a cleaning agent/chemical. I ordered 100% sweetness but it tasted bland and watered down. I've had oolong milk tea from other places and they never tasted like someone had spiked it with Windex. Customer service also needs improvement. The girl at the front couldn't have been over 18, and she mumbled quietly making it hard to hear and understand her.

Located in a quiet small plaza down the street from Walnut High School, Qyuan Cha Tea Shop is the perfect place to study. Relaxing, somewhat minimalistic decor, lots of houseplants abound, plenty of seating, and polite, attentive service. The thing that makes it somewhat hilarious to me is the glass display of anime figures in the back. Juxtaposition of theming just makes me think cafe space was also used to store these figures too, considering some of them are quite massive. Random, but it's all generic shonen (One Piece, Naruto, Dragonball, etc.) and Kaguya-sama lol. We got the: 1) Oolong Milk Tea (100% sugar): -Pretty sweet, but not scathingly so. -Standard oolong milk tea. 2) Peach Oolong Milk Tea (50% sugar): -Starts out just like the oolong milk tea but ends with a nice peach flavor. -You can taste a bit more of the tea with reducing the sugar. -It's alright honestly. 3) Sweet Potato Fries (Regular size): -Nicely fried, not overly soggy in the slightest as that is the curse with some sweet potato fries. -Salted nicely too. Delicious. 4) Curly Fries (Regular size): -You can choose different seasoning flavors like lemon pepper, garlic & onion, curry, BBQ, & Hot Lime as well as adjusting the spicy levels. -The flavor offers here are super unique as I've never seen hot lime as a flavor that wasn't a hot chip. -I ended up ordering the curry flavor at mild level and it's pretty good. Slightly sour after taste but not super salty in the slightest. To be honest, I enjoyed the food MUCH MORE than the drinks. I definitely want to come back to try more of their food and maybe find the drink that'll leave more of an impression.

I recently visited the new boba milk tea shop in Walnut, and I must say, the Rose Phoenix Oolong tea is absolutely fantastic! The store's design is also quite impressive. Service is the best!

I got the mango pomelo drink and that was pretty amazing. Perhaps I will take responsibility for going into this place hungry as I ended up ordering popcorn chicken and it was spongy. It's not the typical popcorn chicken that comes with some garnishing of cilantro and/or basil. Furthermore, the chicken texture was more like mechanically separated or a bad version of beyond meat for $8+. I dont recommend it. I also got curly fries that had more salt than the Dead Sea. Stick to drinks which is what they're known for.
