“This place deserves ZERO stars! Walked in at 12 noon and nobody was in line and nobody was waiting for an order. The place was completely empty. I rang the counter bell twice within 10 mins. and nobody came to the counter. People in the back saw me but nobody came to the counter to take my order. I finally went next door to the connected restaurant and the lady there said she could take my order. 3 drinks and popcorn chicken and fries is all I ordered. At this point it was 12:15. Got the drinks at 12:25. The guy that was now behind the counter askes me if I was waiting for anything. I told him about the food. Apparently they never started my food order. Finally got my food at 12:40. No apologies or anything! Worst customer service I have ever gotten. Remember there were no customers in front of me at all. I'll never go there again. I don't see how a place like this stays in business!?!?“
“Amazing shop, our favorite boba place and we come here weekly. The owner and staff are so friendly and always remember us. Our favorite drink is the Viva Mango it has plum flavoring and Tajin! The perfect salty/sweet flavoring, So good! I also recommend the Coconut Pandan. I always get 50% sweetness but my kids prefer full sweetness. All the drinks are very different, so if you try one that is not your favorite, visit again and try another. They are sure to have something you enjoy and you cannot beat the great customer service.“
“I tried this restaurant for the first time and ordered the Bulgogi Rice Bowl and it was amazing. The price is well worth it because the food comes in big portions. The lady there was very sweet and we got our food pretty quickly. The place was empty but everything was clean. I absolutely recommend eating there!Parking: There are lots of shops nearby so parking right outside the restaurant might be a little difficult.“
“Cute little dessert place! Coconut jelly is pretty good. Bit pricey tho. Came here one night for quick dessert for the original coconut jelly in a coconut shell. The jelly had really good flavors and the coconut was cool. Price is kinda high for $9. Service was fast and efficient. Whole place was nice and clean. Parking was ok in the busy plaza.“
“Was craving fruit tea after the 626 market and found this spot on the map!I tried the house fruit tea with lychee jelly and no sugar and my boyfriend got a mango latte with boba and 50% sweetness. Both were honestly so good!! The mango latte was creamy and sweet and my house fruit was such a nice blend of fruit - it had pieces of strawberries, passion fruit seeds, and slices of lemon and lime. It's cute and cozy in here and there are some good restaurants in this shopping center. And the staff are friendly and helpful right when you walk in. They also do a weekly raffle for boba plushies!“
“a nice, refreshing place to get your ice tea fix! chun yang is located in a small plaza with a parking lot. i came on a thursday afternoon and there weren't many spots available. there is street parking nearby if you can't get a spot in the plaza. i got the honey osmanthus oolong tea, their #1 popular drink. i appreciated the server, who was very knowledgeable about the drinks and their sweetness levels. i got my drink at 50% sweetness, and it was still super sweet, so 25% is probably best if you don't like your drink tasting like sugar syrup. the tea, however, was the best part since it was strong and refreshing! this is a small shop, so don't expect any tables to hang out in here. there is a bench to sit and wait for your order, but that's all for seating. there is a public restroom for customers. overall, great place for a refreshing and strong tea drink. the quality of the tea was great, and it is perfect for a hot day.“
“ICI is my favorite fruit tea place in SGV! Their persimmon slushy is my fav! Sadly, it is a seasonal drink. The worker said it should be coming back toward the yearend. Their coconut mango drink is also good and a must-try. 10/10 recommend.“
“My absolute new favorite poke place. The make-your-own options are fantastic, and I am able to make the best poke I have every eaten, and I have tried MANY places. On top of that, I recently wanted to go, but forgot they close at 7:30p. I called at like 7:21p to confirm when they close (I am ~10 min away), and they offered to keep the place open for my wife and I to get over there. Great service from the two fellows that were there! Highly recommended!!!“
“Besteas Boba is pretty good, and they often have good deals. They have a large selection of options. Just be aware that many flavors can taste very artificial, so if you’re not into that it may not be the spot for you! The owners are very nice!“
“This was the best milk tea I've had in a long time! I ordered the creme brûlée with oolong, 50% sweet and it was PERFECT!! Service was fast and accommodating. The guy making my drink was so nice and told me to let him know if the drink needed any adjustments. The creme brûlée top was silky, creamy, a little sweet and a little salty which made the drink delightful. I'll definitely be grabbing something everytime im in this area!“
“Best Cream cheese foam I've ever had! As a coffee drinker, I always look for boba cafes that has coffee milk tea, but they have a genuine coffee what is so good to me. Also, their teas are specially and freshly brewed anytime, that aroma soothes me when I come across their making teas.Customer service is excellent too, and you'll never fail to take picture of your drink with their seasonal decorations. Inside is always clean and restroom is accessible easily too. :)“
“This is definitely a 7-8 out of 10. A huge shoutout for keeping prices low! The taste was good. The workers are all very friendly. The food comes out fast. If you want better Pho, you'll have to check out some neighboring places. If you happen to be in Baldwin Park, this will work.“
“Decent spot for drinks but the boba pearls can be hit or miss. I usually go for their Hawaiian fruit tea w/o the actual boba pearls, and it is very refreshing and I would highly recommend. However I tried a brown sugar milk tea with boba & the boba in my drink was super hard / chewy - not very enjoyable & tasted undercooked. Hopefully it's just an odd batch! Overall solid spot and I like coming here when I don't feel like venturing far for boba.“
“My new go-to for boba, and the desserts here are a plus. The Oreo cheesecake dessert is not a traditional American cheesecake - it's more like a Japanese cheesecake that is airy and fluffy. I haven't tried the other flavors yet because I'm obsessed with the Oreo one! The first time I went here in-person, I was having a really bad day and came here after work as a pick-me-up. I was pleasantly surprised at the claw machines in the back, and the interior decor and furniture are very modern and aesthetically pleasing. I was able to win a stuffed dog from the claw machines which helped me feel a lot better - it's such a small win but it made my day. Each play is 1 token, which is $1. The token converter is right next to the claw machines. The drinks here are fairly sweet, I'd recommend reducing the sweetness level on any brulee milk tea drink. I usually get the cookies & cream milk tea (previously called Oreo brulee, I think) with boba. The boba is always fresh, and a perfect texture and consistency. The brulee makes the milk tea so much more creamy, which I enjoy. Parking in this plaza is always abundant and easy. This plaza is usually never too crowded - a plus for me.“
“Came across this hidden gem while driving down from the valley! Great quality and flavored drinks and one of the best Matcha latte with brûlée and oreos. An absolute game-changer! They use ceremonial grade matcha straight from Japan. The earthy matcha flavor combined with their cream brûlée made it an unforgettable experience. Not to mention their service and attentiveness is top-notch.“
“Never knew a shop like this existed let alone knew what Coconut jelly King was all about. We were visiting the HMART market in Arcadia and noticed the Coconut Jelly King at the Food Court. Judging by their menu they mainly specialize in drinks and jelly made with coconut but they had other items on their menu. We got the Pineapple Coconut Jelly and the double Coconut jelly to try out. They were packed in a dessert jars and refrigerated. To be clear Asian jelly is made with Agar or Arrowroot. It is not Jello which is made with gelatin derived from animals. The Pineapple Coconut Jelly had shredded Pineapple base topped with Coconut Jelly made with slightly sweetened Coconut milk. I like Pineapple I thought it would be my favorite. I liked the Double Coconut Jelly a lot more. The base was a jelly made with Coconut Water and topped with Coconut jelly made with sweetened Coconut Milk. The dessert itself was light and refreshing. The flavors were subtle but it was delicious and turned out to be my favorite. iCYMI, Coconut milk is made from steeping dried Coconut flesh and is usually sweetened for drinks or desserts. It also is used for used as a base for Curries. I just found that they have a location in Lad Vegas so I'll be stopping by soon and try some different flavors. Sorry Yelpers. I totally forgot to take pics.“
“I stopped by randomly at night, and it was empty. The decor was nice and vibrant. With lots of anime stuff, which is awesome to me as an Otaku. I ordered the mango passion fruit lemonade. It was made quickly and to perfection. The level of sweetness to tartness was spot on. The lady asked me to taste it before I left to ensure I liked my drink. I told her it was perfect. This particular location has had many tea owners inhabit it, but hopefully, this place is around for a long while. I wanna try lots of other delicious drinks!“
“I used to frequent Bambu growing up and all the ones in my area closed. I saw this spot next to the restaurant I was having dinner at and knew I was going to be getting dessert from here. If I just hadn't had a pasta dinner, I would have ordered a Chewy Pandan but I knew that would be too filling so I opted for the Jelly Coco. The Jelly Coco is coconut water based instead of coconut milk so it's more refreshing and lighter. It fruits (coconut, lychee, longan) and fun pandan and basil seed bits. I enjoyed my drink and would definitely be returning to try the Chewy Pandan. Service was quick! We were there arounf 30 minutes before closing and although there were a few people who ordered ahead of us, we still got our drinks fairly quick. The inside has very few seating so I would'nt hangout there for too long.“
“"QQ's tea tastes so good." It's true that all the long names from Taiwan are imported, but fortunately they are all written normally in English??—⚠️You can’t taste it on site at this restaurant. Make no mistake.Ah, I suggest that it would be better to number the menu??️?Mi Ke Xia is coming soon “
“I think I am addicted to their iced green tea with boba. I have forgotten how much I love it until I got it recently at Yi Fang. Yi Fang is a Taiwanese Boba and Fruit Tea chain that recently opened an Arcadia location in the Burlington Coat Factory and Pavilion's shopping plaza. I am very happy that Yi Fang chose to open one here. Ever since I had their boba in Berkeley in 2019, I have been longing for an Yi Fang close by. Their boba is warm and chewy. If you don't want to wait, I recommend you order online first. There are happy hour promotions when the drinks are 15% when you order online. I haven't seen the promotions at the in store kiosk. They may be there too. The ambiance is clean and presents an old Taiwan vibe. There are no tables inside and only one bench to sit while you are waiting for your drinks So this is more of a grab and go place. I did see desserts on their menu and can't wait to try them next time!“
“I waited five years to try this place once I had heard that Wong Fu opened it, and the wait was worth it. The Taiwanese spicy chicken sandwich blew my mind and my spirit, and the quality of the tapioca was amazing. I don’t even live here, but I will be coming back soon.“
“Decided to treat myself to a milk tea after a run and looked up local boba shops in the area and came across Moo Tea. I got a regular milk tea with 50% sugar and less ice and it was good! The tea flavor was definitely present but not as strong as other places in the area. If you're a bit more sensitive towards sweetness in your drinks, I would stick with 25% as I found the 50% to be a bit too sweet for me. I came at around 4 PM on a Sunday and the store was empty so the service was undeniably quick. There's a kiosk to order from so you can take your time and look through the menu. Overall, a good experience and would come back!“
“Popped in here because the Bento photos looked so appealing. They did not disappoint. We enjoyed a ton of tasty food (could easily have fed two a normal meal) served by the friendliest staff! The tayaki were a little gummy in the center but maybe that's intentional? We will definitely stop by again when we are in the area! Limited seating but we easily got a spot for an early dinner.“
“Got into their tea drinks now!!!! Their ooh long tea is extremely delish with egg pudding inside.....if I'm in a rush, I'll just drink that with no time to eat lol jk. I uncovered this branch is because I needed to pull an all nighter this week for wrapping my work's location transfer papers. They happened to be opening late till 10pm since I was in Burbank, CA.'s 'Priscilla's Gourmet Coffee Shop. I drove from Burbank here this week. Any ways, I will return and try a different drink again soon probably like later today.“
“I'm relatively new to the area and was craving a Vietnamese coffee with boba. I came in today and ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee with boba and it was delicious. Probably one of the best I've had. It almost had a chocolate flavor to it. I'm definitely coming back. The girl that served me was nice as well.“
“Fresh teas and drinks. Follow them on Instagram for a free sticker. The drinks are good, with options of sweetness for all drinks. The location is nicely decorated and has a collection of Nikes on display. Instagram ready for picture options.“
“Love the atmosphere and theme of this place. I went with friends and we love it. The drinks were good and the frozen treat was good. We went at a later time around 9ish and there was one worker throughout our stay. He was wonderful and hardworking because there was good amount of people that came to dine in and take-out.“
“This spot has been on my list to try for a while now and I was so glad that I finally got the chance to stop by! Podong is a uniquely Korean inspired boba shop with some of the most interesting drink concoctions. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots and you can find it next to the Gold's gym. Once you walk in, you'll be greeted by a modern nostalgic street style type of interior. They do a great job of juxtaposing nostalgic and retro themes with modern and streetwear ones. As for their drinks, they have such a variety to choose from. Wifey and I opted for the Korean pear slush and the injeolmi slush and both were super refreshing with flavors uniquely Korean. The staff here are awesome and very friendly. We will definitely be back to try their other drinks next time we're in the area!“
“SunRight - ArcadiaI made a mistake with my order, but it was corrected, and I even received an additional drink! I offered to pay for my mistake, but they insisted on covering it due to company policies. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, thank you, Karman, for your professional approached and outstanding customer service!“
“Neighbors is an awesome spot to kickback with some friends! I finally decided to try this place out after driving past it so many times on Colima. Inside, there are a few booths with comfy couches that really allow you to relax for a conversation with friends. I noticed that some of the prices for drinks were just a step cheaper than some of the popular tea shops like 7 Leaves, Tiger Sugar, and Summerfield, which are selling milk tea at around $6 now. After trying their Vietnamese coffee, it didn't seem like they sacrificed on the quality for their better prices. I also tried their Hazelnut Cream dessert. While it was a little pricey ($9), I was really happy with the taste. The mousse was very light and it was not too sweet! I'll definitely be bringing my friends to try some of their other drinks next time.“
“Nice little boba spot specializing in taro flavored things. Only in this area could you sustain such a niche Asian taste I think. They use fresh taro and you can taste it, much less sweet than the artificial taro taste, so it could be a little off-putting if you are expecting/used to the sugary sweet taro taste.“
“Not only are their coconut slushees so tasty but this husband and wife team are the sweetest people ever. We visited Lynn tea on thanksgiving day and as soon as we came in the nice gentleman offered us samples. The samples to choose from where: mocha, matcha, coconut, mango and strawberry and they all tasted amazing, but being coconut lovers we decided to get the coconut slushees with boba, on my daughter's slushy she added the brown sugar and it was delicious. Definitely will be back again“
“I am always looking for a good boba bar and this one didn't disappoint with a good variety of drinks. I ordered the Mango Green Tea, 50% sweetener and light lychee. It was good, but something was off, but good not sure how to explain it. I ordered the mozzarella 1/2 corndog and my first reaction is the batter was thick and didn't have much flavor and I was able to taste the oil. Overall, would I come back and grab a drink again?yes. There is so much potential with this location.“
“Came here for the hype and it was pleasant and enjoyable but nothing to really rave aboutThe server was really nice and accommodating when we were deciding on what drinks and add ons to orderWe ordered a couple of the classic milk teas and again, I'd come back here if I was in the neighborhood but wouldn't go too far out of my wayMapo Tots: Maybe get? It's a fun loaded tots idea but the two flavors don't really go hand in handFood/Drinks: 6/10Service: 8/10Atmosphere: 6/10Value: 6/10“
“Boba St is walking distance from our home and I'm so excited that the drinks are tasty! We ordered a thai tea and mango swirl with popping boba. Service was great and welcoming. Great music. Loved the decors and cleanliness. We will come back to try the other drinks!“
“I stopped by the other day and thought it was excellent! The tea was super yummy, and they had a wide selection of tea for both adults and kids. Drinks were labeled with whether or not they had caffeine or milk, and had multiple substitutions for milk averse people like myself lol. The place was also very clean and inviting, and the staff were super nice. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great boba tea experience.Parking: There is limited parking in front of the business due to being on a small street, but much more parking just around the corner in a parking structure“
“This is one of my favorite local coffee shops. I have gotten the same drink from the beginning and it is always on point (sweet cream house). Right amount of sweetness. My husband and I enjoy sitting outside and just enjoy the people watching around downtown Fullerton. Cool little place.“
“My kids and I love the variety of beverages here and the quality is always great. The decor and atmosphere is welcoming also and a nice trip we treat ourselves to sometimes. No matter how different a drink we want, the staff is always accommodating. I love the taro milk tea, and sometimes I add lavender tea - It's delish!“
“One of the BEST boba tea in Orange County! Visited for the first time yesterday and had to come back again today. Ordered the YoYo fresh fruit tea with lemon (in lieu of orange), brown sugar boba & rainbow jelly - DELICIOUS! The place is clean with an earthy vibe - there's even a mural with Placentia landmarks. Owner, Adrianna, was super nice and friendly.“
“Super cute and mini study cafe where you can charge your laptops and phones too. Allie (I hope I spelled her name right:,)) is super friendly and even helped explain what certain drinks were, like the marble series. Super close to downtown Fullerton if anyone is ever in the area and an overall great place to be for CSUF/FC students.“
“The best!!!! I love coming here to satisfy my cravings. I would recommend the Halo Halo, vanilla caramel milkshake and the coconut milk tea! The service is great and the atmosphere is amazing & very aesthetically pleasing. Lots of books to look at and places to sit and study.“
“We went today for their Grand Opening. The restaurant is clean. The Owner (Carmela), the one who got our order(Bianca), and all the staff are friendly. We got Baked bangus, Beef ribs, Tuna Belly, and Liempo. All tastes delicious. Bibingkinitan is very good, its still moist even when you reheat it on the microwave. Don't forget to get WOWTAHO! Tastes exactly like philippines. The Best Taho in SOCAL.“
“Right in the same plaza where Jollibee and BopoMofo the place which can get busy but you’ll get parking none the less! What we got:? Hokkaido Milk ice cream with strawberries and biscoff dust- perfectly creamy not too sweet but definitely delectable! Choose up to 2 toppings! Thai Milk Tea with brûlée and boba- don’t be shy to be extra! Oreo Cookie Milk Tea with Boba- of course the automatic kids favorite! Sour Strawberry Jasmine with Lychee Jelly- balanced sweet and tart Fruit Tea amazing with the lychee jelly Mango Milk with crystal boba- takes me back to my childhood, the mango they use is familiarly the same as we had in the Philippines (the best kind!) Red and Purple Latte- our new favorite! Red bean and purple rice is one 7 Miles showcased childhood drink and we are obsessed!“
“We love this boba place! Whenever we're in the Baldwin Park area, we make sure to stop and get out boba and drinks here.My go to drink is the Mango smoothie!!! I love how cold, nice and refreshing it is!!! The strawberry smoothie is my son's favorite and anything matcha are my girls favs!!! Boba Lair has seasonal drinks as well which we'll try just because it's what they're featuring.Everything here is yummy yummy yummy! Come try for yourself.“
“I got the Topokki and chicken plate. Both were really good. I've never had Topokki before, but this was a good first try. The lady in front was very friendly and explained what exactly the dishes were, I really appreciated that. Will definitely go again.“
“I was here yesterday while shopping at Tokyo Central. The boba was pretty OK, but the kitties were really cute. I think the store owner missed an opportunity. This place should be called BOBA CATT or BOBA CAT-FE. The pet store side had plenty of variety of treats for doggies too. Oh, you need to make a donation in order to go play with the cats, who are all up for adoption.“
“This place has real avocado and taro smoothies, and make a lot of their menu items fresh. It's just the two of them working now usually but the owners are wonderful.Vegetarian options: They offer milk substitutes for their drinksParking: Spaces are a bit tight“
“We were in the neighborhood and sister and I had time before our scheduled appointment down the street so we decided to check this place out. I ordered the large Vietnamese coffee 50% less sweet with boba and my sister ordered the Pick of the Month regular Monster Boba Latte also less sweet. Both drinks were amazing. Honestly I could still go to 75% less sweet and the coffee would still taste great. Even my sister who is not much of a coffee drinker thought that the Vietnamese coffee tasted so good- strong but so good. Service was patient and friendly. The colorful mural is definitely a piece of conversation. Parking was adequate and the place is conveniently located near the 57 freeway.Parking: Shared parking in the shopping center“
“Was craving for some quick hotpot on a cold day and this place definitely hit the spot I tried their stinky tofu hotpot and it did not disappoint. There's a decent amount of meat in there and other ingredients as well. I wish the broth was a bit stronger in terms of flavor but it was delicious. They have a sauce station where you get to put together your own sauce. Service was friendly and the food didn't take too long to come out. I actually prefer this over boiling point because of the less wait and the food is just as good, if not better.“
“This place is an underrated gem. I'm actually surprised more people don't go here. You get a lot of tea for an affordable price and the quality of the tea is excellent. The baristas are kind and patient. It's inside a mini mart that also has many snacks and foods. If you're a tea lover YOU MUST GO HERE.“
