14 Best Bubble Tea in Rowland Heights

“I was drawn to this boba shop because of its high ratings and very reasonable prices! Located inside Chubby Cattle, you don’t need to dine at the restaurant to order here.

Here’s what I tried:

Osmantheous Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (less sugar, less ice): This was fantastic! The tea-forward flavor was exactly how I like my milk tea, and the boba had just the right texture—not too chewy and not overly sweet. I’d definitely order this again.

Strawberry Oolong Tea (less sugar, less ice): A little on the sweeter side for my taste, but still a great deal at just $2.99.

To my surprise, they were running a buy-two-get-one-free special during Christmas week! The third drink that was part of the promotion was an Iced Strawberry Matcha, which was quite sweet but still a nice addition to the experience.

Overall, this spot offers great value and drinks—I’d happily return!“

“Amazing service and that signature milk tea was the part I kept thinking about after. The black tea came through first, then the milk softened it, and the cream on top made each sip feel a little fuller. The pecan bits helped too, not just there for show. Sweetness felt restrained, which I liked.“

Was in the area and wanted some hot tea. Unfortunately, most in the area close early. They are one of the few that are open late.
There's plenty of free self parking.
The cafe is clean and has a few indoor tables and plenty of seating.
The staff is super friendly and helpful in selecting a drink from their large menus.
You can customize the tea.
I ordered a hot tea with 30% sweetness level. It was good.“

“After dinner nearby, we knew we wanted boba afterwards and purposely saved room for it! R&B Tea was on the opposite end of the plaza, which worked out as we worked off a little bit of dinner by walking here.

I ordered a jasmine green milk tea ($5.75) at 50% sweet with easy ice and boba ($0.75). Just the right amount of sugar with the right consistency for the boba. Would definitely order again (and also possibly try their matcha milk tea or roasted oolong milk tea). Post-dinner boba craving met! Thanks Tiffany for taking care of our large group order!

They have two small tables in the front and more table space in the back for hanging out and playing board games. We picked The Logo Game and learned new facts about products and logos and what not from the game. Did you know that Baskin Robbins had 31 flavors particular to cover each day of the month? I didn't, until the game. Fun times.

Plenty of parking spots in this large plaza.“

“Dropped by Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea last night before picking up late night to go dinners and hassle-free meal prep cheat for lunch the next day.

There were just 3 other customers inside when we arrived, so the wait was minimal. But might have arrived within their last hour of business.

The lady that greeted us was pleasant, but looked tired and also seems to be the only staff working at the time. But she still prepared all the drink orders quickly and had everyone out the door while also proficiently tidying up as she worked. Definitely a seasoned pro at her craft.

While waiting I took a few photos and checked out their menu and seasonal promotions. Their 4 drinks for $20 Labor Day Special was expiring end of 9/7/26 seems like a good deal. But having had other milk tea earlier in the day we did not take advantage of this promotion.

Ended up getting Aiyu Lemon Green Tea with Aiyu Jelly & Grass Jelly. The tea had that authentic Taiwanese tea flavor and she was generous with the flavored jellies. Solid 5/5.

Traditional Black Milk Tea with Boba Pearls tasted exactly like what I would expected from a tea shop that knows their milk tea fundamentals. The boba pearl was still soft and chewy, especially for the end of the business day, pleasantly surprised but almost to be expected in the fiercely competitive boba tea market in Rowland Heights.

We have stand out boba tea shops in Vegas, but I doubt even the best with years of solid local support could top Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea in a blind taste test (and there are likely even more subjectively superior boba tea options that local connoisseurs could recommend that I am simply cluelessly unaware of). That being said we are very satisfied with our first visit and the teas we took home.

“Their boba is even better than before, perfect texture and taste! Watch out for their high sweetness level. I love sweets, but even with their 50% sugar level boba drinks it was still a bit too sweet. Make sure you shake the boba drinks very well prior to taking a drink or you might choke on the sweet syrup. Service is fair and could be friendlier to up the entire boba in-store experience. Ambiance is decent with just a few seating spaces available.“

“Very good quality! I really liked the Bubble Volcano. The barista named Odelia, was very respectful, friendly, and super cute. She’s such a hard worker and really puts effort into making sure everything is done right and that customers have a great experience. She was very welcoming, patient, and attentive while taking my order, and you can tell she genuinely cares about providing good service. Her positive attitude made the experience even better. Overall, the drinks are amazing, the service was great, and I’ll definitely be coming back!“
