My only recommendation is to add herbal teas to the menu and decaf coffee considering the place is open so late it would be nice to have a bigger selection of non-caffeinated drinks.“

“Boba Fiend has delicious drinks, and the boba is tasty and perfectly textured. We love that they accept phone orders so that our drinks are ready in advance, and totally a bonus that they offer a modest student discount. Plenty of seating options for groups of all sizes, and some claw machine entertainment if you have kids. And they always have something interesting playing on the TV (we love the throwback Disney Channel). Lots of easy parking available in the lot as well. My sister and I love coming here- our only gripe is that they close so early!!“

“Our first time visiting Yin Yang Tea and it definitely wont be our last! Not only was the customer service great but the overall vibe of this shop was lively while also having a very relaxed atmosphere, the shop is decorated with photos, stickers, art, and they have a large selection of board games! My girlfriend and I both got a choco mocha and a chocolate chip cookie. We both agreed that our mochas were perfectly sweet and creamy, and the cookie (not pictured because we ate it) wasn't too sweet and has a smooth buttery taste.“

Here’s what I tried:

Osmantheous Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (less sugar, less ice): This was fantastic! The tea-forward flavor was exactly how I like my milk tea, and the boba had just the right texture—not too chewy and not overly sweet. I’d definitely order this again.

Strawberry Oolong Tea (less sugar, less ice): A little on the sweeter side for my taste, but still a great deal at just $2.99.

To my surprise, they were running a buy-two-get-one-free special during Christmas week! The third drink that was part of the promotion was an Iced Strawberry Matcha, which was quite sweet but still a nice addition to the experience.

“Randomly found this gem while looking for after school snacks. What a find!!! They have a tropical smoothie thats actually a halo halo smoothie! The owner and cashier were also super friendly. I know where to get my halo halo fix in the area.“

“The strawberry smoothie is made with fresh strawberries and is delicious. The owner made ours with a modification without batting an eye, and when our four year old began sobbing after spilling hers, he came outside to see what was going on. As soon as he saw what happened, he took her smoothie and filled it up and put new angel wings on it for her. It was so sweet. He takes a lot of pride in his restaurant and it shows. Bravo.“

I also began sampling the rice balls and have two more to go to have tried them all. Delicious!! I got a signature tea (today was roasted oolong tea, toffee is my favorite), a milk tea with boba (today was toasted oolong milk tea) and one of my favorite fruit teas with boba, cactus passion tea. I have tried at least 20 different drinks and enjoyed all of them. The staff is friendly and professional, worth a stop whether you just want a drink or some delicious food. Highly recommend!! “Ever since this Tea Spots (Azusa/Amar) opened my 2 daughters and I have been enjoying everything this establishment has to offer. I would suggest that most people if not all should try one time n u 2 would be hooked too. Their Milk Tea with black boba / fresh fruit smoothies, ices with fruit and can’t forget their delicious menu. They have healthy food and fried food like baked sweet potatoes fries and dinner plates also ramen bowls. They have 5$ 7$ n 9$ individual plates that are delicious. “We popped in and ordered several different drinks. The cashier clerk was friendly and patient. Plenty of seating inside. Drinks came out quick. Lots of parking in the plaza. Everyone enjoyed their drinks. I tried:

“Great first experience! The location was easy to find with plenty of parking, and I really liked the atmosphere inside. The decor and wall art were nice, there was plenty of seating, and all of the employees I encountered were friendly and courteous.

Ordering was really convenient with their touchscreen self-service kiosk, which was very easy to use.

I came for the mango sticky rice, and it did not disappoint! This was actually my first time trying mango sticky rice, and it was absolutely delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly, the mango was fresh and perfectly ripe, and the presentation was nice. For only $6, I thought the portion was a great value too. I took it to go and even after a 15-minute drive home, it was still at a great temperature.

Between that and their service, it's why we keep coming back. We live nearby and like to come in when I have a craving for their eel rice plate. I don't know what it is about their eel. It's better than some excellent sushi I've had and I would consider buying it if they put it in the menu a la carte.

My partner gets the Build Your Own plate. Sometimes we get a macaron ice cream. Sometimes we get a drink. It depends on our mood, but either way, it's always solid.“

“Located next to Vừa Khó Bo is this tea shop. It had a self kiosk to place your order and two employees in the back.

They offer fresh tea, milk tea, fruit tea, smoothies, coffee, cheese foam and matcha.

I couldn’t decide between banana matcha latte or pandan matcha latte. I went with the latter. It’s made with whole milk and the matcha is ceremonial grade with pandan flavor. Not too sweet and the matcha was not bitter or grassy, it was perfect. I would return to try the banana matcha. They only have one size cup to offer.“

“I’ve been coming here for months as my go-to boba shop since it’s close by. You really can’t beat the value here, plus the food is decently good for a quick meal. It gets busy in the afternoons during the school year with high school students, so come early if you plan to do some work at a cafe, and bring noise canceling headphones. They have outlets near the walls for charging. The drinks aren’t overly sweet and they don’t fill up on ice, so I recommend normal sweet/ice for those with a sweet tooth.“

“Got them for catering at our weddings cocktail hour and it was a huge hit! My husband and I love Wushiland and really wanted boba at the wedding. We were considering our options and felt like Wushiland was the best option for us since it’s one of our favorites.

Our wedding was located in Anaheim and we chose this location because of proximity and I’m so happy that I did! I called the store and a worker got my contact info to pass it to their manager. I eventually got into contact with him and he was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I think I was in communication with them around 2 months or so before our wedding and the manager was sooo helpful!

We ordered 5 travel jugs and 4 orders of toppings. They let us get them at 50% sweet too! We let them know it was for a wedding and they asked our headcount (which was 110, but not everyone would drink boba) and happily accommodated the straws and cups to fit the number of guests! They also helped recommend if the amount we got will be good enough or if we needed more.

The entire ordering process was very smooth & the cost was AMAZING! We were also happy that they did delivery and helped with setup!It’s for a fee but we really did appreciated it!

We ordered the strawberry slush with boba, large shaved ice, and churros. The churros were filled with a delicious custard. All dishes had super cute presentation and attention to detail.
