High quality, expertly crafted and absolutely delicious. It had a nice, subtle cardamom flavour with a light, perfect touch of sweetness.“

“Boba Fiend has delicious drinks, and the boba is tasty and perfectly textured. We love that they accept phone orders so that our drinks are ready in advance, and totally a bonus that they offer a modest student discount. Plenty of seating options for groups of all sizes, and some claw machine entertainment if you have kids. And they always have something interesting playing on the TV (we love the throwback Disney Channel). Lots of easy parking available in the lot as well. My sister and I love coming here- our only gripe is that they close so early!!“

“Our first time visiting Yin Yang Tea and it definitely wont be our last! Not only was the customer service great but the overall vibe of this shop was lively while also having a very relaxed atmosphere, the shop is decorated with photos, stickers, art, and they have a large selection of board games! My girlfriend and I both got a choco mocha and a chocolate chip cookie. We both agreed that our mochas were perfectly sweet and creamy, and the cookie (not pictured because we ate it) wasn't too sweet and has a smooth buttery taste.“

Here’s what I tried:

Osmantheous Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (less sugar, less ice): This was fantastic! The tea-forward flavor was exactly how I like my milk tea, and the boba had just the right texture—not too chewy and not overly sweet. I’d definitely order this again.

Strawberry Oolong Tea (less sugar, less ice): A little on the sweeter side for my taste, but still a great deal at just $2.99.

To my surprise, they were running a buy-two-get-one-free special during Christmas week! The third drink that was part of the promotion was an Iced Strawberry Matcha, which was quite sweet but still a nice addition to the experience.

“Randomly found this gem while looking for after school snacks. What a find!!! They have a tropical smoothie thats actually a halo halo smoothie! The owner and cashier were also super friendly. I know where to get my halo halo fix in the area.“

“The strawberry smoothie is made with fresh strawberries and is delicious. The owner made ours with a modification without batting an eye, and when our four year old began sobbing after spilling hers, he came outside to see what was going on. As soon as he saw what happened, he took her smoothie and filled it up and put new angel wings on it for her. It was so sweet. He takes a lot of pride in his restaurant and it shows. Bravo.“

“Really liked this place overall. Tried their new Chinese‑style milk tea and one of the camellia tea drinks, both pretty solid. Tea flavor is strong but the finish is really clear, not that sugary mess, which I appreciate. The camellia one has this gentle floral thing going on that hangs around a bit after you sip. Staff were friendly in a low‑key way, helped me pick without pushing anything, tbh that matters. Atmosphere felt calm, soft background noise, easy to sit with my phone for a while and just zone out. I also began sampling the rice balls and have two more to go to have tried them all. Delicious!! I got a signature tea (today was roasted oolong tea, toffee is my favorite), a milk tea with boba (today was toasted oolong milk tea) and one of my favorite fruit teas with boba, cactus passion tea. I have tried at least 20 different drinks and enjoyed all of them. The staff is friendly and professional, worth a stop whether you just want a drink or some delicious food. Highly recommend!! Between that and their service, it's why we keep coming back. We live nearby and like to come in when I have a craving for their eel rice plate. I don't know what it is about their eel. It's better than some excellent sushi I've had and I would consider buying it if they put it in the menu a la carte.

My partner gets the Build Your Own plate. Sometimes we get a macaron ice cream. Sometimes we get a drink. It depends on our mood, but either way, it's always solid.“

“Ambrosia Tea is easily one of the best boba spots I’ve been to. The shop is super clean, which already sets it apart, and the overall vibe is really welcoming.

One of the coolest parts is the claw machines, they’re actually winnable. I ended up winning on my second try, which never happens, so that alone made the experience memorable.

The Thai tea was excellent, really authentic and true to how it should taste, not overly sweet or watered down like some places. You can tell they care about quality.

Also, a huge plus, they let me split my drink, which is something not every shop is willing to do. Small detail, but it makes a difference.

“This place is an alternative for melo melo. Quality wise and taste wise for the jelly are as good as melo melo. One thing I don’t like is the egg waffle because it wasnt not crispy. The prices are a little higher than some other places, but overall it’s a good spot for boba.“

“This is an unassuming shop from the outside, but it really surprised me. There's a good ammount of seating, having both an inside and outside that are both pleasant. We ordered the strawberry slush with boba, large shaved ice, and churros. The churros were filled with a delicious custard. All dishes had super cute presentation and attention to detail. Matcha pandan was unexpectedly creamy and good balanced. But the downside was the service, cashier didn't ask if we want to adjust the sugar level, and we were first time here and we didn't know how sweet was regular sugar so we were kinda unsure and asked to adjust it to lower.“

My wife could not have the wedding without having milk tea served to the guests. My wife and I tried the champ milk tea here and decided that this place was the one. Their portions are much larger than other shops, and the tea flavor is pronounced and not covered by sugar/milk. The manager, Ryan, was super helpful in preparing our bulk order for the wedding, and it was a major hit during our wedding. “Was a perfectly fine boba place. We had the coconut based drinks, osmanthus and jasmine, with cheese foam. The osmanthus is more fragrant, perfect at 75% sweet. The jasmine probably needed 100% sweetness because it was a bit lighter in taste.
