I bring my daughters after school they look forward to it, they love it it’s so fresh and good every time, also the owner is so sweet and kind she gives my daughters little stickers and they get so excited, the staff is always friendly as well and the facility is always so clean I totally recommend. I moved to Orange but I still make the drive here because it’s so good and the service is awesome!
Such a great spot! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. Friendly service, too. Highly recommend checking it out!

It’s Boba Time is a nice, sweet addition to the lineup in a plaza with Flame Broiler, Stater Bros, Jamba Juice and Popeyes. The staff is friendly and nice, service is fast, and the facility is always so clean. The owner is sweet and kind. The environment is very clean. The crazy number of selections includes Milk Teas, Iced Teas, Milk Foam Tops, Tea Float, Smoothies, Shakes, Slushes, Frappes, Iced Coffees, Hot Coffees, and Frosty Milks. They even have Shaved Ice and Acai Bowls. The Lychee slush with boba is well-made, tasteful, refreshing. The Acai bowl is AMAZING. The brown suger milk tea with boba is liked as well. The Dubai Chocolate Frappe is great. Since the place open it’s alr just that they do sometime mix up the order.
