i love this boba spot because of their unique flavor combinations! they have many non-caffeinated options, which is a great plus for someone who can't have caffeine. the inside is clean and there's a lot of seating if you wanted to study here. i was greeted with a smile and ordered the caramel cream, which was honestly soo yummy! only thing is that i was sad there was no other milk alternative than oat milk (not the biggest fan of oat milk) their drinks are on the sweeter side...read full review
The quality of the boba is so good. The place is nice and clean. The strawberry matcha is the best strawberry matcha I've had so far. The only downside is the paper straws! Other than that, loved it.

I stopped by the other day and thought it was excellent! The tea was super yummy, and they had a wide selection of tea for both adults and kids. Drinks were labeled with whether or not they had caffeine or milk, and had multiple substitutions for milk averse people like myself lol.
