Updating my previous 5 star review. The tea is still fresh and delicious, but I'm dropping to 3 stars because they got rid of their stamp cards. I come often enough that getting a free tea every other month or so was a big perk and kept me coming back. No reward program/incentive at all will definitely lower them on my list of go-tos. Stopped by this nice, cozy and quiet tea place on a Wednesday afternoon, there is not many people. The parking is easy since it's located in a shopping plaza. There are indoor/outdoor seating, very convenient. Staffs are friendly and take my order quickly. I ordered one of the most popular item from the menu: Guava Green Tea with boba at 25% sweetness level. Very fruity along with the calming taste from the green tea.
