great tea shop! came in at around 9:10 pm because this was one of the few places that were open at the time. i got the jasmine milk tea with boba which was delicious and the chrysanthemum honey tea which was delicious as well. in both drinks the tea flavor was strong which was great as some other places water it down. the guy at the counter was super nice as well. there are quite a few tables so it is a good place to study!
