I love this place, but today felt a little chaotic. The new cashier didn’t seem to have the same level of customer service as the rest of the team, and she was taking quite a long time with each customer, which caused the line to grow- she also took my order wrong after constantly repeating myself …

We were here originally for a pop up shaved ice event. My wife ordered a Hong Kong style milk tea and a Vietnamese coffee to drink while we waited in line for the shaved ice.
Those two drinks were better than most places. The milk tea reminded me of being at a hk cafe and the Vietnamese coffee was so nice and strong, better than a lot of Vietnamese shops. Would recommend.
