I've managed to stop by here a few times and the breads here have been always fresh. This is a sister bakery to Cathy's in San Gabriel and as I've said before, that location's cake decoration is sloppy. Love the freshness and taste; hate the decoration execution. I digress. It's a 180 here at TW. The owner addressed my concerns and worked with me on a Mother's Day cake. They kept it super simple which is I believe is best.
I was starving at the dentist across the street so I decided to pop by and grab a quick bite. There wasn't a ton of bread to choose from but they all looked pretty good, standard Chinese bakery items like hot dog bread, pineapple bread, taro bread, etc. The lady was coming in and out of the kitchen restocking the bread and explained the items she was bringing out.
