“I went to Tapioca Express in Alhambra on Monday the 15th around noon. I ordered a Thai Tea, which is personally my favorite! I usually order Thai Tea ever where I go because I can't get enough. Haha, The two people that were helping me were Jo and Steve or Steven, I didn't quite hear the other employee name but it's somewhere along those lines. They were super nice! Right when I walked in, I was greeted with "Welcome to Tapioca Express!" It made me feel very welcomed, which is a feeling everybody should feel when they walk into a store. Since I always order Thai Tea, I just wanted to take a look at the menu and see what other options they had. They offered me other drinks but I had to stay with my usual. I liked how they were so patient with me. The Thai Tea tasted amazing! The sugar was just perfect! I will be coming back! Thank you for being patient and having a great customer service!“

“The che thai was okay. I should have asked for ice on the side. Was out in the car on a long ride and the ice melted when I got home, it watered down the desert, so I will be honest, I didn't have it fresh... But the mochi waffle and the pandan waffles were very tasty, and enjoyed fresh- crunchy outside, and very mochi-like on the inside. Would come again to try more of everything.“
