She was happy to explain and walk me through what they serve and offer with a positive attitude. She even explained the points system as I was paying. That kind of customer service is special when employees are attentive. The gals were cheerful and respectfully welcoming to customers and were happy to help. Good communication 👍🏼 thank you. 😊

Went to Check on Pancakes 5 Staff Standing Around Talking. Was told Pancakes were coming. After 10 minutes they finally arrived. Other Customers were having Service Problems Too.“

Great place for Vietnamese style dessert drinks. Definitely try the pandan mochi waffle, it's amazing, eat it while it's hot. Better than the taro waffle which is too sweet. I tried the Thai milk tea today and it tasted pre-mixed.“

“I went to Tapioca Express in Alhambra on Monday the 15th around noon. I ordered a Thai Tea, which is personally my favorite! I usually order Thai Tea ever where I go because I can't get enough. Haha, The two people that were helping me were Jo and Steve or Steven, I didn't quite hear the other employee name but it's somewhere along those lines. They were super nice! Right when I walked in, I was greeted with "Welcome to Tapioca Express!" It made me feel very welcomed, which is a feeling everybody should feel when they walk into a store. Since I always order Thai Tea, I just wanted to take a look at the menu and see what other options they had. They offered me other drinks but I had to stay with my usual. I liked how they were so patient with me. The Thai Tea tasted amazing! The sugar was just perfect! I will be coming back! Thank you for being patient and having a great customer service!“
