As someone who willingly admits that she’s not the biggest fan of boba teas, I fully admit that I sometimes forget that boba shops do in fact carry other types of drinks. Knottea Cafe in Stanton, CA is exactly one of those shops that makes sure to have a decent variety of beverages to meet any visitor’s needs. They have everything from milk teas to smoothies to a build your own favor option, and of course, they have some wonderful coffee options for the bean lovers out there. A mere ten minutes away from Knott’s Berry Farm and twenty minutes from Disneyland Park, Knottea Cafe is a great pitstop on your way for a fun day at the amusement park.“

I specifically place orders with you online 20-30 minutes in advance before I come so i dont need to stand in line and yet when I arrive the person hasnt even at times started my order yet.
The reason I was given on the delay this time is because your staff needs to serve people in the store first and only then serve online orders. Please explain to me how is that the customer who just spent money with you 30 ago gets served after the customer who just arrived to you place?

If the management is reading this. Please understand that this isn't a one time situation (this is maybe 6th time this happened) and I hate leaving bad reviews but when it is a permanent situation obviously the staff needs to be trained to make orders in order they arrive and not serve customers who paid 20-30 minutes ago once they arrive to the store.

“My 5 star review is for the drinks and egg rolls! Iced Jasmine tea was superb. The Vietnamese egg rolls filled with pork, shrimp and veggies..best egg rolls I have ever had!! I live an hour and a half away and would drive back just for these!! Super cute place with lots of plants, a few claw machine games and a giant Connect 4 game. Comfy seating, no a/c, no public restroom.“

Parking is fine since it is a big complex plaza with good size parking. The place is open space, clean, and spacious. Small but enough for several high tables for dine-in and several tables/chairs outside. Nice & varies choices menu. Staff are nice and friendly. The drinks are nicely mixed and refreshing, the tofu is great & also refreshing with the syrup and coconut milk. Just simply yummy.“

Has great food for both an adult palate and kid’s palate so everyone’s happy. Kid got a banh mi sandwich and ate the whole thing! They made it not spicy. Surprisingly kid friendly. “I have enjoyed Earthly Juices food and juices and they are amazing. But in addition in my experience the owner, Jen goes the extra mile... we recently had an issue where delivery was delayed beyond her control and we were on our way to the hospital with our son. She went out of her way to go back to our house for us and put the food into our fridge at home and she actually even delivered the food at the hospital so that we could have healthy things to eat that day while we were in the hospital. It meant a lot and it's customer service that is so rarely seen anymore.. I really appreciate it and will continue to come back over and over whenever we are doing cleanses...“
