Knottea Cafe in Stanton, CA is exactly one of those shops that makes sure to have a decent variety of beverages to meet any visitor’s needs. I specifically place orders with you online 20-30 minutes in advance before I come so i dont need to stand in line and yet when I arrive the person hasnt even at times started my order yet.
The reason I was given on the delay this time is because your staff needs to serve people in the store first and only then serve online orders. Please explain to me how is that the customer who just spent money with you 30 ago gets served after the customer who just arrived to you place?

If the management is reading this. Please understand that this isn't a one time situation (this is maybe 6th time this happened) and I hate leaving bad reviews but when it is a permanent situation obviously the staff needs to be trained to make orders in order they arrive and not serve customers who paid 20-30 minutes ago once they arrive to the store.

“Really great spot to grab some of the best wellness drinks around. The meal replacements are delicious and really get me out of a bind when i need a quick mid day pick me up(M.R.Coffee)! The staff is wonderful, they always help me pick just what i need, from immunity to dietary boosts.“

“My 5 star review is for the drinks and egg rolls! Iced Jasmine tea was superb. The Vietnamese egg rolls filled with pork, shrimp and veggies..best egg rolls I have ever had!! I live an hour and a half away and would drive back just for these!! Super cute place with lots of plants, a few claw machine games and a giant Connect 4 game. Comfy seating, no a/c, no public restroom.“

“Browsed several craft coffee spots in Anaheim to try during our visit to the area. This shop was nothing short of amazing. My wife had the iced, Horchate latte and I the iced, Nutella signature latte. Both drinks were absolutely tasteful and still maintained heir coffee kick!

We took our drinks to go, and while shopping at at the nearby Target, decided to return to grab a couple more iced drinks for the ride home. Our second go-around we had the blueberry, lavender matcha and the Coconut latte. Once again, we were blown away by the quality!

Parking is fine since it is a big complex plaza with good size parking. The place is open space, clean, and spacious. Small but enough for several high tables for dine-in and several tables/chairs outside. Nice & varies choices menu. Staff are nice and friendly. But in addition in my experience the owner, Jen goes the extra mile... we recently had an issue where delivery was delayed beyond her control and we were on our way to the hospital with our son. She went out of her way to go back to our house for us and put the food into our fridge at home and she actually even delivered the food at the hospital so that we could have healthy things to eat that day while we were in the hospital.
