Simply Pho Noodle House is a clean, organized, and cozy restaurant with quick and friendly service. Located in a plaza with TJ Maxx, it offers good, reasonably priced food with generous portions. The pho is tasty, though some found the meat tough. The chocolate boba shake is a delightful treat, despite the use of crystal boba. Lovely spot for lunch with a relaxed atmosphere.
