Based on reviews, Pho Hue Oi in Redondo Beach is a great place that offers some of the best Pho in the South Bay. The food is really good and comes fresh and hot. The service is great, very attentive, and the staff is friendly. Many recommend the P1 and the shrimp rolls. The spring rolls with thin slices of pork are outstanding, and the sandwiches are also great. The Pho Dac Biet has a combination of meat choices and a wonderful broth. The unforgettable Combination Pho has super rich flavor, with noodles that are not too soft. The large bowl has more than enough noodles, and they are very generous with the meat and meat ball. The restaurant has a good location near the freeway with plenty of free self parking, is clean, and has plenty of indoor seating.
