“I had such a great experience at Mewame Shaved Ice! The shaved ice itself is absolutely amazing—light, fluffy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness without being overwhelming. What really stood out to me is that everything is dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free, which makes it such an inclusive spot where pretty much anyone can find something they’ll enjoy. The variety of flavors is impressive, and each one tastes fresh and thoughtfully crafted.
Beyond the food, the space itself adds to the experience. The interior is charming, stylish, and has a really welcoming ambiance that makes you want to sit and stay awhile. It feels like a place that’s been designed with care, from the aesthetic details to the overall vibe.
You can tell there’s a lot of intention behind both the menu and the presentation. Everything feels high quality, from the ingredients to the way each shaved ice is put together. It’s easily some of the best shaved ice in town, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a refreshing treat—whether you have dietary restrictions or not. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors!“

“Very delicious!!! Generous portion and courteous service. They use iced bowl - actual concrete ice in the shape of a bowl to serve the shaved ice that is so refreshing, perfect amount of sweetness, and fluffy in texture. Highly recommend!

“If you’re looking for a delicious matcha yuzu lemonade you have to try theirs. It’s not on the menu so you have to ask the baristas if they can make it. Whenever I go to coffee shops that have yuzu lemonade I always ask if they can add matcha to it. Anko’s is the best!!! Their matcha actually blends with the lemonade. It doesn’t taste weird and gritty. I would also absolutely recommend their taiyaki is also really nice and crispy and not too sweet!“

“I was a JA kid in the 80s and 90s. After CYC basketball games and Tamiya Mini 4WD races, my family would head to the third floor of Yaohan and enjoy the great flavors of Hana-Ichimonme. This was, hands down the best ramen in downtown back then, and I can't wait to taste it once this pandemic is over. Okaerinasai!“

“Best place to get raspados!! All the flavors are made with real fruit, all natural. They also have ice cream, which is delicious. It almost tastes like they make it in house as well. They also have other little snacks like chips with nacho cheese. I highly recommend this place!

“Good place to go and buy Raspados. Variety of flavors.
We bought 2 Chamangos, 2 bubble gum and one leche con fresa and lechera.
All pretty good. The prices were semi fare.. i would come back again to buy raspados.
The parking sitiation is horrible no parking other than street parking. And you have to stop traffic to park. The place could use a sweep and counter clean up.. has many tables with high chairs. May not be disable friendly. But overall a nice place.“

“I stopped by this It's Boba Time today after completing my certification test nearby. I wanted to celebrate since I passed so I was craving a green apple slush. I walk by this Boba store many times but never stop by until now. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all so I went straight to the kiosk to put in my order. The process is simple and I didn't get charged tax at all. It didn't take long for my drink to come out and it was delicious. The drink was done just right where it wasn't too sweet or plain so I enjoyed my drink. The worker here is very friendly and if you don't want to order from the kiosk then they'll still take your order. They have indoor and outdoor seating here as well.“
