It’s clean, friendly, fast service
I came here last month to get a boba drink and I had asked for a regular sized drink, but the cashier was super kind. The drink costed 5.27 but all I brought was just a 5, nothing else. But he was very nice, he still accepted the pay despite me being a few cents short, and even though I wanted a regular, he gave me a LARGE drink instead. That made my day, and that cashier deserves better. He was super kind enough to give me a large even though I couldn't pay for it. Props to him.

It’s Boba Time - Alvarado is a great place for milk tea and boba drinks. Customers enjoy the different flavors, with favorites like Thai Tea boba, Taro milk tea, and Hokkaido milk tea. The Alvarado/Olympic location is very clean inside, service is very quick, and there is a restroom inside for customers. One customer noted the consistency of the drink was perfect, and staff take modifications seriously, such as 50% sweet and easy on the ice. A cashier named Jay was absolutely the best and very nice, replacing a dropped drink immediately. Another cashier was super kind, accepting a $5 payment for a drink that cost $5.27 and giving a LARGE drink instead of a regular. However, some customers mention the price keeps going up for drinks, with a regular sized boba milk tea now close to $6. One order of Taro milk tea with no boba was made incorrectly with boba added. The area is a bit sketchy, as a pantless man was being odd in front of the building, so customers should not linger. Customers miss the punch card for a free drink after the 10th milk tea.
