I’ve never had an ice cream dessert quite like this before! It was such a unique experience and absolutely delicious. It was a little messy to eat, but completely worth it. I’d definitely recommend coming here and trying it for yourself. I’ll absolutely be back to explore more flavors, especially the hojicha and matcha!

First time trying out Mewame and it was delicious. Tried their summer Honey Melon, perfect amount of sweetness, shaved ice was fluffy and very flavorful coconut topping. Much healthier and balanced version of traditional Korean shaved ice. Definitely recommend!!!

The shaved ice can be coconut or oat based, described as a whole new breed—not as thick as gelato but thicker than typical shaved ice, with a soft, creamy, and fluffy mousse-like texture that melts instantly in the mouth. Flavors include matcha oat based, oat based blue black berry, coconut based jasmine green tea (a seasonal flavor), strawberry coconut based, and oat milk based chocolate. The matcha shaved ice tastes just like a matcha Einspänner. Block shakes, such as the amazing Hojicha block shake, are like smoothies. Add-ons include tasty coconut whipped cream. The vibe inside is cool, and the staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful, taking time to explain everything. Service is impeccable and food comes out quickly. Portion sizes are just right, though some note the price is a bit pricey for the size, but the desserts are worth it. There are indoor and outdoor seats. Parking can be free at meters on weekends, and free parking is also available nearby. There is no mention of restrooms. Customers found the dessert absolutely delicious, incredibly balanced, not too sweet, and a pretty perfect treat, with many planning to return regularly to try every flavor.
