My friend and I decided to grab drinks and it was the best night out I've had in a while because the staff was top-notch! People in LA can often be pretentious and unfriendly, even if they're serving you. At Formosa, I felt more cared for than any other LA restaurant I've been to – the staff was SO kind. Olivia was absolutely fantastic. Very personable and really helped me navigate the menu. I can tell she was busy but never made me feel like it. As per her recommendation I highly recommend the short rib noodles! Will be coming back again!
