My drink didn’t have the customizations I requested initially, and the gentleman who was there was very nice when I came to ask about it, offered to remake it, and when I couldn’t remember all of the changes I made (just remembered it was supposed to have chocolate, but I knew I also removed some of the extras), he looked up our receipt and remade it for me. Very nice person, great employee.
I go to this location regularly both after the gym and sometime on the go with my fiance. Every time either of us walk in, we are always greeted with a welcoming smile and they always know to grab my pick-up order without either of us having to tell the staff our names. The consistency of the shakes across days & shifts is great too and, truth be told, the shakes at this location on average are better than some of the other locations.
