“I've had many açaí bowls from different spots and Roots & Rye just hits different. I loooooove that you can get not only the açaí blend but the matcha blend as well. Their portion size of each thing they add in the bowl is also perfect, not too much one one thing or another and there are definitely places that might overdo it on, say, the granola or the blended stuff. I've only been to this location so I can't speak for the other spots but at this one, they only let in a few people at a time which means a line can end up forming outside. I haven't had to deal with a long line before but it can definitely take some time to get everyone through and finally make it inside. Still, one of my favorite açaí places, if not my favorite!“

They also have unique toppings like different chia puddings and matcha powder which sets them apart from other acai bowl places. The service is incredible every time - very fast and friendly. “This place is right on the corner and I was able to park right to the left of it with the metered parking. I came mid week and in the middle of the day since it was a nice warm day. I got the ritual acai bowl with the original mix. It was a perfect combo and size to keep me going until dinner. The fruit was fresh and the peanut butter was the perfect amount for the whole bowl. “I love this Robeks location so much, I stopped going to the one on Sepulveda, even though it's much closer to where I live. The first time I walked into this place, I immediately felt an amazing mood change! This Robeks has a cute little lounge area with some tables and a cozy couch (my toddlers favorite!) where you can sit down and chill as you sip on your fruits and veggies! usually order on my Robeks app before arriving, and my drinks are always on point. I alternate between smoothies and fresh juices (mostly mango turmeric and G-snap) and every drink always tastes fresh and delicious. The employee's at this location always have a pleasant attitude, unlike the other locations I've visited in the past, where most of them seem rushed and annoyed. Work can get busy, but it's important to keep a straight face in customer service and they do that well at this location. Clearly, management is remarkable here, and the manager himself who is always present welcomes us with a warm, genuine smile. He even gave my toddler some adorable water-based pony tattoos with the Robeks logo the last time we stopped by, and she loved them so much, she didn't even want me to touch them! Lol. This is definitely a 5 star Robeks.“

“I'm so happy I had the opportunity to checkout Ubatuba Açaí in the Beverly Grove area, it reminded me of being in Brazil my favorite country to Visit. The staff Gilbert and Elany (not sure if I spelled her name right) were very helpful. And Elany the manager and most of the staff is from Brazil making it feel more authentic when you eat the food. They both helped me decide which empanada and açaí bowl to order as well as the toppings. I ordered the Beyond Philly Empanada and added the chimichurri and hot sauce which made it even more delicious. I also had an açaí bowl with granola, almonds, chia seeds, strawberries, bananas, and almond butter. It was absolutely amazing and made me feel like I was on Ipanema Beach watching the waves. Both items were very filling too, and I can't wait to come back again with my friends.
