Their acai bowls are some of the best in Glendale, the matcha is amazing, and the shrimp tacos are so flavorful and delicious. I love that everything tastes indulgent while still being healthy, fresh, and made with high-quality ingredients.
The customer service is also exceptional! Everyone is always so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. If you’re looking for healthy food in Glendale, fresh acai bowls, great matcha, or a healthy lunch spot, I seriously cannot recommend Acai Grill Cafe enough. “I bought a fruit cup at the Earth Bar in LAX because the fruit looked like there was a possibility that every piece might actually be ripe. I was pleasantly surprised to discover every piece was indeed ripe-kiwi, mango, pineapiple, and grapes. This is a first for me in mass-marketed fruit cups.“

“My new favorite breakfast spot. Came here due to the fire and smoke in Boyle Heights. Best decision of 2026. We order the House Breafast, Supreme Waffle, French toast and breakfast burrito. My boys love the French toast and waffle. The breakfast burrito and house breakfast was amazing. Everything tasted super fresh. We also order a green apple juice and latte which didn't disappoint. Plenty of parking on the side street. It's rated 4.9 for a reason. I will be back!“

“Stopped by on my way home during a busy afternoon of driving around, I was the only one in the store and my order was out in less than three minutes which was impressive and appreciated. I love the peanut butter banana smoothie, truly one of the best ones I’ve had from any smoothie shop, it’s never too thick, and has a nice peanut butter taste and doesn’t taste artificial, that’s how I know they use fresh ingredients. I appreciate the consistency movita offers at all their branches. The employees are always fast, efficient, and friendly.“

“Grabbed a quick drink here since it’s been so hot lately! 🥵 The Acai Berry Smoothie was exactly what I needed a refreshing, fruity, and delicious! It’s made with banana, acai, strawberry, and blueberry, so you get a nice mix of creamy and berry flavors without being overly sweet.

I also noticed they have another smoothie with almond butter, which I definitely want to come back and try! They also offer extra immunity boosts that you can add to your drinks and acai bowls, which is a nice option if you want to customize your order.

Honey & Hive is located inside Blossom Market Hall in the SGV, so it’s super convenient with plenty of free parking. The space is very open and bright, and they even have some outdoor seating if you want to enjoy your drink outside.

Even though I prefer full service places, I sure would, when in the area, go again and can recommend the place. “If you had to debate between this place or any other Acai place, this wins all the way. Unlimited toppings, pick as many bases as you want all for a flat price. I asked a lot of questions about the ingredients and they were really accommodating. I liked a lot of peanut butter and I’m happy they didn’t judge.. “My husband is a tennis player, so we love the Courtside Caffe at the Burbank Tennis Center. My fave is the Greek salad. My husband likes the pita pizza and burgers. The seasoning is wonderful. Today I had a “fried chicken sandwich” not fried or breaded., but grilled. Delicious! Their smoothies are yummy. And we’re sitting here watching people on two courts play, with a backdrop of the Verdugo Mountains. Gorgeous!“
