Delicious coffee and friendly service.👌
Stopped by Foleo Coffee and had a really well-executed cortado. The milk had a beautiful glossy texture and integrated nicely with the espresso, giving the drink a smooth, cohesive body. What stood out most was how well the cortado maintained its structure throughout the drink. The body stayed consistent and the coating along the cup remained relatively thin and clean from sip to sip.

Foleo Coffee is a local coffee shop that offers coffee, matcha, and pastries. There is some slight crema buildup along the walls toward the end, and the integration could be a touch cleaner in the final sips, but overall these are minor details.
The coffee and matcha are amazing. The creamy banana matcha is delicious, and the banana matcha with banana cream on top is amazing. The iced vanilla matcha is rich and flavorful, not watery at all, and uses ceremonial grade matcha. The Vienna latte is a specialty drink that creates a hooked feeling. The almond croissant, fig sourdough toast, fig jam toast, and PB&J toast are also great. The shop is nicely designed with a clean, welcoming space, beautiful ambiance, and free parking lot. The staff is friendly and the customer service is amazing.
