After the third-party member picked up the order and did not deliver for almost three hours, I requested a refund for the melted ice cream which I received promptly. I certainly did not expect to see this a couple of hours later: a refund for the entire purchase...thank you Vons for going above and beyond with your customer service!“

“The owner is over there all the time treating and helping customers while working in the back too. Small place but surprisingly unique pastries. Each one tastes different and really good. Service is always incredible. I never tried anything other than pastries and sweets but I know they cater other food too. I should try that too.“

“There is this Persian bread called Barbari, which I've had since ever since I was a little boy and I'm glad every time I visit them they have it in stock freshly baked and delicious. I also love their Ponchik, which is an eclair filled donuts absolutely to die for! Their services impeccable, and the atmosphere is friendly they have all sorts of sweets from around the globe and I highly recommend them if you are in the area or driving past the area stop by you won't regret it.“

“I am a huge fan of Banana Pudding and this place has it. Magnolia is known to be best, but I beg to differ!! Schatzi's in my opinion is the better choice. The pudding is not just fluffed and whipped, it has actual solid ingredients and the perfect balance of bananas. My new go to!!“

Bolillo with beans, queso fresco, asada, jalapeños & salsa on the side. It is delicious anytime of day. Their pan dulce is also good. They have mini & regular size pan dulce & bolillo. I do have to mention that the place is really small, so is their parking. I suggest you call your order in for the guateques since they are always busy. I know you will love the guateque de asada! I haven't tried the guateque de huevo con chorizo yet. That'll be the next one I try. Enjoy!“

“This is your typical family owned bakery where you are treated as family, very good bread, fresh coffee is served in the early hours of the morning, prices are reasonable, parking space is not always a good thing since the bakery shares the shopping with other businesses. I will definitely keep it as a morning stop.“

This time it was overcrowded in the room, people were trying to dance at their tables. The food was OK, wine per bottle starts from 70$ which is a little too much for a bottle that costs $10 at the store. I ordered aperol spritz which had 0 alcohol and 99%of ice. The service was good. I called the studio city location for a refund on those since I had no time to go back to the bakery before the party (please open a location in Santa Clarita @susiesarich 😂). Instead, they same day delivered my cupcakes PLUS sent additional cookies and Mother’s Day treats for no additional cost to me😭❤️ I was SO amazed by the gracious customer service. “Fresh warm gooey cookie, literally everything youd love in a cookie. i was skeptical at first because im usually not a fan of a chubby cookie, i dont mean to discriminate towards the thiccer cookies but some of them are dry. when i tell you this was the best chubby cookie ive ever had i dont take that lightly. it wasnt too sweet it had a perfect contrast of crunch to chew ratio. absolutely a delicious cookie. genuinely i would have liked a sugar cookie on the menu but thats just a personal preference. the service was great, i was offered a complimentary pumpkin spice cookie to try, im not a fan of pumpkin spice so i gave that to my mother who really enjoyed it. the location with warehouse situation was interesting, but they made it easy just call and they bring it right to you. it was my first time but based off everything, ill definitely be back! highly recommend the chocolate chip, its just an all around great cookie.“

“We had a delicious Bday Cake from here! It was a beautiful multiple layered vanilla cake with raspberry jam in between the layers and a white icing!! So well-balanced and the cake was substantial almost like a pound cake. A small cake fed 8 of us generously it was so utterly satisfying!!“
