They went above and beyond to make the cake of our dreams that was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious (lavender lemon flavored!) “We ordered our wedding cake from Yvonne’s Vegan Kitchen. Using the cake testing kit was a great experience—it came with a lovely personalized note, and was a great activity to do together while planning our wedding (and provided us multiple evenings’ worth of dessert!) The staff at the store were always friendly to interact with, as well.

Ordering was very easy and straightforward, with prompt and efficient communication. We ended up using one of the example designs on the website, and it came out looking wonderful. The cake had layers of chocolate and red velvet cake with mocha buttercream icing and hazelnuts added between the layers—we highly recommend this combination!

“Get down to Chinatown for 88-year-old bakery tradition of strawberry and whipped cream cake.

Also, almond cookies are lovely and they have these things called butterflies, which are crispy fried and dipped in like honey or corn syrup. And they're just delicious!“

What I loved is the guy makes fancy cakes for celebrities for a lot of money, and God only knows why my daughter thought she can have the same cake as Hollywood people, but he helped me come up with designs that were affordable for me. So many people asked me where I got my kids cakes from every time. There are so many places that makes fancy cakes now but they are the original sculpture cake guys. The guy was a sculpture artist who just happens to sculpture cake material. I don’t now if the same guy is still making all the cakes but he was fantastic. I think I bought total of 6 cakes from him over the years.“

“My wife and I came here to use their printer. While we were there I bought a few of the conches pan dulce. I usually will put them in the microwave for about 15 seconds before I eat one. However. These were so fresh that I ate them right out of the bag. My only regret was not buying more“
