I am happy to see this cake shop in Chinatown. We were at the Firecracker event and saw this cute little shop. The cake is good but not "crazy good" description from my friend who tried the cake, cookies and donuts. I like Asian bakery but this seems to be a little dense and TOO sweet for my taste. Pricing is expensive for what you get. I don't mind so much of the pricing if it is super good. As sweet as it is, this tiny cake took me 3 servings to finish. Service is good.
I just recently ordered from Flouring-the cake sampler with 6 different flavors. First, let me say how beautiful they looked! Like little works of art. I wasn't sure if they would taste as good as they looked, but let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Each flavor was so unique and delicious. it was hard to pick a favorite. I came here to try the cakes. We got the sampler box and was so impressed with the cakes itself. They were extremely tasty, flavorful and rich with flavor. The service was great. It was a small little place with some seating outside. There is also a coffee shop next door if you want to grab some coffee to eat with your cake. We really liked the ube cake, black sesame, Belgian chocolate and lavender lemon.
