“Been ordering cakes from here for many years and love every cake ordered. We've bought regular cakes the same day, special ordered, and customized for baptisms. The only sad part about everything is that they stopped making the sponge cakes with jello . I only wished they would bring it back because I've been craving it for years. Not only was the cake stunningly beautiful, it was also delicious. All of our guests raved about it and said it was one of the best cakes they had ever eaten. “What a delightful bakery and coffee shop! I stumbled upon this gem looking around Chinatown for some boba. Their drinks are on the steeper side but they are so good!! Even the cups are cute. I saved my cup after the boba cause the quality of it is so well made that I have to use it again. For 2 milk tea bobas it was $11.They specialize in custom cakes and had a few on display that were mind blowing. The Hello Kitty goth cake was next level.You can find baked treats, custards, mini cakes, and snow ice here ☺️?There’s some seating inside and along the window a few tables and chairs. Last trip I picked up a slice of Lemon cake, a slice of their classic Marble with Bavarian Cream filling and chocolate chips (oh. my. God.) and a slice of strawberry cake. Even my husband who can pretty much take or leave cake was grooving on the slices.Cakery Bakery does exceptional custom cakes that are as delicious as they are beautiful. For my bestie's recent birthday I asked them to cover the entirety of the cake with frosting Hellebores, my friend's current favorite flower. For cake flavor I asked for German Chocolate (though I am an avid fan of their Marble with any flavor filling, besties loves her some German Chocolate).The cake was EXQUISITE and the German Chocolate a choice we'll definitely go with again. Bestie took some to work and got raves then froze the rest in slices. Even the frosting flowers were delicious, and decorative frosting isn't always.Even if you don't need a whole cake (and if you do and it's last minute they have some on hand as well) Cakery Bakery is an exceptional dessert bakery and they have coffee and seating as well.“

“We found this cute cafe on Google and it was just what we wanted. A perfect place for a low-key cup of coffee and delicious pastry on a Saturday morning with a friend ( my daughter:-). Just FYI, there are only a couple of tables inside, and the parking lot is small and shared, but there is street parking. Arbi the owner was really nice and our almond croissants and lattes hit the spot. I work in Glendale and will definitely stop in again.“

More of a classic panederia now vs the modern Mexican that was there before, but still very good. The new owners are definitely “mom and pop”, very hard working and very friendly. They didn’t have what I was looking for, which were the mini churros with dipping sauce for my office mates, so I tried a few other options and everyone seemed to love what I brought in. They gave me a card and said I can pre-order anything I wanted, including the mini churros sans dipping sauce as well as other mini versions of their regular pastries. Will definitely be back!“
