Baskin-Robbins consistently impresses with friendly staff, a clean location, and generous portions that taste excellent. The owner is super friendly and helpful, especially with customizing birthday cakes. Despite some app ordering issues, the in-store service is always professional, with staff remembering regular customers' orders, like the world-class chocolate shake.
