I've been here a few times and never really had any issues until today when I ordered a chicken sandwich and a jumbo jack..once I got home and started to eat The chicken sandwich was fine but my jumbo jack had no meat patty. :( at this point I was to tired to drive all the way back and get it replaced.
First time coming to this location. It's near the Starbucks and CVS plaza. Drive thru is available. Parking: plenty of spots open This location wasn't as great of a first experience. I would do drive-thru vs dine in. They got our order wrong. We ordered the sourdough Jack but it was really plain. Didn't come with tomatoes and no ketchup and mayo inside as it was suppose to be. Stopped Friday night in dining room and got a newbie. Needless to say my order was definitely messed up.1. Asked for a plain cheeseBurger, gave me me a plain hamburger.2.
