Came here to get Dinner for Myself by Redeeming My Reward for a Free Pollo Bowl! I was willing to give them another chance based on their Customer Service, HOWEVER, IT NEVER CEASED TO AMAZE ME! I REFUSE TO COME BACK HERE OR TO ANY OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS, UNTIL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE CHANGES! 😡
