Starbucks in Alhambra

“I must thank the pretty girl who worked at 8pm on 29 March, I spilled a customer‘s coffee and I tried to come back to see if she could help me make another cup of coffee for the customer and she said yes right away. The whole process was quick, thanks so much to this pretty girl!“

“I just recently started coming to this location and always thought it was going to be busy, due to the area, but it's manageable. I have not used the drive thru, but it seems to go pretty quick. (From what I have observed) I have only gone inside and everyone is super attentive, so friendly and It's always clean. I only go before 730am, so not sure if it gets busy afterwards. Great store and great employees 👏 👍🏻“

“I’m not usually the type to write reviews but after my visit to this new store I just had to. Not only were the baristas super friendly and welcoming as I entered but throughout my whole visit they made sure I was satisfied with my order. They also offered for here ware which was super cute especially if you plan on sitting there and studying for a while. The place was very calm and relaxing and very spacious! Def recommend this Starbucks out of all of the ones i’ve been too, they even made my drink ready super fast! My favorite part about my visit was this one nice barista, I think her name was Delilah but she was super friendly and nice and was patient with me even though I wasn’t quite sure on what I wanted lol, she even offered me this drink based on what I like and omggg it was so good!!! thank you so much!! def going to be a regular here!“

“Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but both workers were very pleasant and the drinks came out awesome. They were friendly and presented a great vibe as soon as I approached the counter. This was Tuesday morning, April 8. I have a Starbucks closer to my place but will definitely go back to this one for the reasons mentioned.“

And tbh the service has become mediocre in the past year. Wasn't going to mention it but since whoever replied so quickly, you probably should take some PR class before directing me to your corporate hotline. The whole purpose of sharing opinions here is to reveal truth, so it won't be swept under the carpet.

“The drinks and food do take a while but they went the extra mile with my iced green tea latte and shook it in a shaker cup (not protocol) but I appreciate that. They also upgraded my little brothers drink so he could have the extra whip cream in a larger cup. You can tell some of the employees are new, but no one messed up our order 👌“
