“I walked in this morning at this location. After leaving another location who made my drink completely wrong.So I came to this location hoping they could remake it without charging me.And the manager on duty, i'm not sure what his name was.But sarah was a cashier.They were very helpful and they made me my drink for free. And they got it correct. Thank you so muchI now did not have to drive to the first location.Hook on my drink wrong in the first 💓“
“My sister was driving, we were on are way to Simi valley to take are Nephew's to this all you can eat steak house. Since I have bad food allergies I said im not eating there. So my sister said lets go to a place you have been before. So we did I bought a salad in upland. The salad dressing had Soy and Tomatoes I started coughing, my sister said oh know I said let me keep drinking this water but it got worse the salad was not going down my throat was closing. So we were in Monrovia got off freeway my sister pulled in Starbucks parking lot. I called 911 Monrovia police came first. I had to Epi-pin they both failed the needle never came out it was scary my sister kept saying where is the fire department pairmedic we didn't call for police. I thank Starbucks there parking lot was just right. The pairmedic was on another call. They were awesome they were able to give me 3 shots of EPINEPHRINE EPINEPHRINE my Tongue,swelling my Throat was closing. Breathing treatment. They did all the work they were Awesome“
“The batista VANESSA is great! I love that fact that she makes you feel so welcome. She has great recommendations and such a positive attitude. This is the starbucks I prefer to go to instead of the bigger locations! She also gave my dog a pup cup!“
“This was a cool one of a kind Starbucks. At least the first one I've seen like it. Not your typical walk in and order or go through the drive thru, it was more of like a small stand that you can drive by, or you could walk up to, but they had outdoor seating. It seemed like it'd be a great place to hang out. Unfortunately we couldn't stay, because we had a busy work schedule while we're were there. But maybe in the future, if I find myself in the area, I will definitely go back and "take a load off fanny" and hang out.“
