“Amazing customer service and teamwork! I placed an order for approximately 25 items as a special reward for my daughter’s class, and the Starbucks team made the entire experience smooth, organized, and stress free.
The woman who took my order was absolutely wonderful.She was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough throughout the entire process. She carefully read back every order, counted all of the items with me, and triple-checked everything to make sure the order was accurate. Even though it was a large and detailed order, she never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her.I truly wish I had gotten her name because she deserves special recognition for her excellent customer service.
Since I had such a large order and there were other customers coming in, I expected to wait around 40 minutes, which I would have completely understood.However, I placed my order at approximately 8:45 am I and was able to leave by 9:05am. I was extremely impressed by how efficiently and carefully the entire team worked.
To everyone who was working on Tuesday, October 6, during that time I noticed how hard you worked, how carefully you checked each item, and how well you communicated and supported one another. It was clear that everyone was working together to make sure the order was completed correctly and that all of the customers were taken care of. I wish I knew each of your names so I could thank you individually.

“The batista VANESSA is great! I love that fact that she makes you feel so welcome. She has great recommendations and such a positive attitude. This is the starbucks I prefer to go to instead of the bigger locations! She also gave my dog a pup cup!“
“I don't know if they didn't have a reusable cup to put my four shots of espresso one because I bring my personal cup so that I don't waste a plastic cup yet. They had it in a plastic cup with a lid. Maybe they just didn't look at my order. I usually don't go to this Starbucks. It's out of my way near a store I was shopping at.“
