I just want to say this is my all time favorite Starbucks. Jaye, Ericka, Jose(I think I’m sorry) and Mallory are absolutely the best of the best. My drinks are always the best when this team is working.

I am quite unhappy with the advertising of this location, it is promoted everywhere as being open 24 hours but nowhere is it marked that that applies only to the drive-thru. Interior seating is only open from 4:30-23:30 according to staff.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a very busy location, but employees work hard to keep things moving fast. Inside, it is spacious and has many outlets, making it a perfect place for studying or working. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and both food and drinks are pretty good. One customer loved a decaf white chocolate mocha and a cannonball Valentine drink. Another customer praised the employees for smiling, making eye contact, and saying thank you. However, some customers noted long wait times in-store, even when the drive-thru is not busy. There have been issues with new hires who do not know how to make drinks that align with customer preferences, and one customer’s drink was forgotten. Despite these problems, the kindness of a cashier helped save a morning. The parking lot was also crucial for a medical emergency involving a salad and an allergic reaction, where the police and paramedics were awesome. Overall, this is a favorite location for many, though service consistency can be a coin toss.
