Noodle Stars is a hidden gem that serves delicious dishes, including the chicken satay plate, mi goreng, and beef balls with fried wonton noodle soup. The fried noodle (no.12) is a standout, rivaling even Hong Kong's best. The menu boasts amazing, original flavors of Chinese Indonesian noodle, with al dente noodles made to order. The owners are great, and the noodle sauce can use a little bit of improvement, specifically the house special noodle. The Batagor, which is fried tofu with fishcake, is crunchy and full of flavor.
