Hidden gem! I was hesitant about spending $50 here for the first time but all the dishes turned out to be delicious. Got the chicken satay plate, mi goreng, and beef balls with fried wonton noodle soup. Will definitely be back!

I miss pre-pandemic prices. Their dishes used to be 8-9 bucks. Used to come here a lot when they were new. Overpriced, seldomly go here anymore.

Best fried noodle (no.12) in town and I would say it is even better than a similar fried noodle in Hong Kong ( no matter it is Indonesia or Chinese style). Chicken satay also great with a little bit burn finish, tendered thigh, and the peanut sauce is awesome! However the sticky rice is Soso that the texture is not the best I tried and it doesn't with enough coconut flavour.

Ordered number 1 combo it came out quickly and is pretty good, but DO NOT ORDER THE SMOOTHIES. I paid $8 for an avacado smoother and it was completely frozen and pre-made in the freezer. I could taste and smell the fermenting odor of oxidizing avacado. Disgusting I can't even drink this brick of ice.

This place has one of the most original taste of Chinese Indonesian noodle.Amazing flavors. The bowl can be deceiving because it looks small but it is packed with flavors and ingredients. The noodles are al dente and made to order. My favorite is the classic #1 on the menu. Although the other noodles are nice as well, for some reason #1 brings back childhood memories of warm noodles on a sunday morning.

Love this place! We ended up eating here three times on our one week trip.The food is great (our favorite was the Nuoc Cham Chicken). Nice location with a view of the ocean.Parking fills up pretty fast, but it seems to be okay to park at the mall across the street.It's wise to make a reservation, as one day we got turned away.Sometimes, in the evenings, they open the roof, and tree waste falls to the tables, so be prepared for that.The biggest disappointment was that they haven't expanded to more locations. We were hoping to find one in southern California. Come on Star Noodle. Don't make us wait until we get back to Maui.

Thank you Yelpers for this great find! Noodles from SE Asia. We ordered:Fried Tofu - big portion, at least a dozen pieces. Note that each piece also has some ground fish. Comes with a very spicy sauce and a sweet but thick soy sauce.Star Noodle special - soupless dish with veggies, mushrooms, BBQ pork, fish balls and egg noodles. I feel this dish was a bit bland, but it was good with the sauce that came with the fried tofu. Chicken Bihon - stir fry and very similar to vermicelli, not greasy at all. One side of the store is also a small grocery store with snacks, drinks, and spices. Will definitely visit again soon to try other dishes.

I tried the chicken noodle soup (#3) and flat fried noodles (#15). Both were absolutely phenomenal, with perfect Unami flavors. It was even more delicious with the spicy sauce that came with it. I would definitely go back to try more of the food options!
