“The customer service was amazing! I stopped by just a few minutes before closing, but the staff were still incredibly kind and reassured me not to worry at all. They prepared my drink in less than two minutes, and it was absolutely delicious. The Iced Double Berry Matcha was so refreshing — highly recommend! 👍“

“I previously had a really bad experience here so I was reluctant to try it again. But I needed coffee and it had been a year or so since my bad experience so I decided to try them again.To my delight they couldnt have been nicer. One barista was so nice to me and thought my funny mask was hilarious. She said OMG and how cute it was. She said I made her day, which cheered me up so much and in turn made MY day! :D Unfortunately I'm bad with names so I forgot her name but maybe it was Rosa?Hopefully I will see her again because I will definitely be coming back.Starbucks/Target if you can figure out which barista I'm talking about, please give her a promotion. :D Customer service is so lacking these days and Californians as a general rule are not often friendly, so ita always wonderful to run into a nice helpful person!“

“So I went to Starbucks at 950pm on Sunday at night and let me tell you about Cecelia. She literally took precious time from the late night to help me pick a chocolate drink. What's so important you might ask!? Well I had no clue what to get, but I wanted a chocolate drink iced that wasnt chocolate milk. Plus, I didn't want milk! So, she designed me a delicious custom Syrup creme frappuccino with coconut base. I was extra in my demands, but she was beyond great in service!! Super nice and helpful!!“
