Starbucks is usually on point, so I’m a bit surprised about my experience today. Whoever took my drive thru order this morning wasn’t really paying attention because I started off saying the size of drink I wanted and she asked for it again. Then I said I wanted Sugar Free Vanilla, and still put Classic. I also asked for an Egg and Cheddar protein box and it wasn’t until I got to the window that I realized it was the wrong box. The customer service was amazing! I stopped by just a few minutes before closing, but the staff were still incredibly kind and reassured me not to worry at all. They prepared my drink in less than two minutes, and it was absolutely delicious. The Iced Double Berry Matcha was so refreshing — highly recommend! 👍
