I mean it’s Starbucks so I really can’t complain about the drinks nor food but this location has twice ran out of ice. It would be nice to put up a sign or something before customers got in line at the drive through. Also, today someone ran out of gas in the drive through. While this is not the employees’ fault they seemed slow to react…Isn’t there a contingency plan for cars breaking down the the drive through? Still - LOVE this location.💕💕

I work near by and I've been there a few times to pick up orders for my co workers and I and ill start by saying they have never greeting me when I walk in, they dont even walk up to the counter to help me. I've had to grab my own drinks and walk away with no hinor goodbye. The last visit I had was the worst. Not only was customer service non existent, my drink was not full to the top like usually and there was soo much ice I finished my drink in 4 drinks !! I have picture of...read full review
