“The team is awesome and so energetic. Good jobs guys; I believe in general we as human being need to be polite and patient as well. I've seen so many people complaining about the order time come on every single time I come in to this store is busy. Give the employees some credit and don't be rude“

“I came in today to get a mocha. Frappuccino and my order wasn't done like I wanted it but then they fixed it and the guy in the front his name is Matthew and he's a great guy. He's very friendly. Such a great service. Thank you very much will be back soon.“
“I think this Starbucks (considering it's on hospital grounds) is doing an amazing job!!! I'm a regular here and I think everyone needs to realize it's not a corporate location. Meaning, the prices, protocols are very different. I've been coming to this location for about 5 months and so far I haven't had a bad experience. Everyone is nice and they do there best considering that some of the medical staff will come in and order 5+ drinks at a time so that's why it's usually long or people don't know what to order.“

“Very large area to sit and sip coffee. Nice seating, customer service is good. Drinks are hit and miss depending on the barista. Food selection is mediocre, what you would expect from any other Starbucks. Music can be a bit too loud for my taste. Sometimes it feels like Im at a club?I would recommend more coffee house misic and less club music.Good place for large groups.“
“A team member named Priscilla took my order. She was nice and very welcoming! She went above and beyond even though she was alone and has a long line of people!! We have a Starbucks right by our house but my wife and I choose to travel here to this one because of the service we experienced!!“
“Your average Starbucks. Service was decent, drink was prompt and tasted good except they forgot the whipped cream. They werent busy at all when I was there (late morning/early afternoon). Store wasnt especially clean but wasnt as bad as some Sbux. I just wish they were open later!!!“
