Everything tasted great. Small place, and the decor is very dated. But the food makes up for it. Good for to-go orders too.”

“As soon as we came inside the restaurant, I was greeted with a friendly smile. We were seated right away and server took our order. My son was not ready, so I asked to place my order. I had the La Cosecha Breakfast, I was so hungry but no way I was able to eat all the food. The chilaquiles were amazing, not too spicy and not blend at all. The potatoes were delicious, the egg was perfect, the beans delicious as well, and the meat, i asked for it to me a little less cooked then medium and wow, it was delicious, melted in my mouth. My son ordered the Quesabirrias and also, very taste, very juicy and delicious. He didnt like the pickled onions so he took them off. I mean, beside anything, everything was delicious and the service was prompt and food came out fast. Server could have come asked us one how everything was tasting but she didn't, so thats why I rated 4 stars for the service. I am definitely coming back 😁😁”

“FRIDAY FOOD REVIEW...GOLDEN PANDA BUFFET (again)...5/30/25! We hadn't been to the Golden Panda Buffet, located at 1825 Madera Rd, in Simi Valley, in several years, so it was time to go back! They have a huge selection of Japanese, Chinese, and Mongolian food for your dining pleasure, plus there are also different soups, salads, fruits, and of course desserts and ice creams! We both tried a variety of it all, and for a buffet, it's really good!! It's definitely a locals favorite...get there early!!”

They're meats are the juiciest, leanest and utterly brimming with flavor. the tortillas ar homemade! and theyre BIG. they are NOT the small street tacos. my favorite meats are birriera de res and carnitas. I've also had the burrito banado with birriera de res and salsa Rojo. it too was heavenly and huge. they are a full service butcher too so its very convenient. their place is so clean and the staff are very friendly, efficient and attentive. I always get a slice of flan to go. its one of my favorites too. the menu is extensive with everything from land to ocean. you will love it.”

I had the egg plant sandwich's lunch special and salad, very good. The owner/waiter and wife were very nice and friendly, everyone that was there were return customers and very familiar with restaurant, it had family atmosphere. The only thing that drew me back was its dark colors, the room needs a little lighter color. The chief lived in Italy and Paris where he learn to cook, I thought it was very interesting because originally he is from El Salvador so that’s where he gets his Latin infusion. “I needed about 2-3 dozen pandulce for a xmas party. I was able to get everything fresh and some champurrado too. I also got birotes de queso y jalapeño and another with some random stuff. Both were good, the lady one just not my cup of tea lol but the bread was soft and yummy. I didn't have any of the pandulce cause I dropped it off and left, but my prima reached out and asked where I got them from cause she said they were super delicious! Just a side note, I think it was a little pricier than I'm used to. I'm from ELA and there's a panaderia on every corner and middle of a block lol It's not like that for BP, so I'm sure the price reflects that. But I'd still return!”
