“I have my personal preference in taste as anyone else would.
It didn’t completely match what Im used to but I won’t ever put that against anyone.
It was delicious, boiling out of the pot- just how I like it.
Noodles were a bit more chewy than I prefer
Service: Only that I needed to flag someone down if I wanted something other than water. But still better than most places.
It was slow but the inside is very warm and welcoming.
I ordered the fried wontons-15/10

“Almost gave up on trying to like Pho, but this place just made me realize all the other places I’ve been too were simply mediocre. I got the brisket pho and it was AMAZING. My wife also tried the Shrimp with Vegan broth (she’s pescatarian) and also loved hers.

The server was attentive at the start, though he didn’t come back to check if we needed additional refills. The dumplings were on the smaller side and a bit pricey, but they were packed with flavor and definitely worth trying. The pho itself was hot, delicious, and very satisfying.

“Back in October, my friends and I spent a month vacation in Vietnam and we were introduced to Com Tam. We wanted to see if King Com Tam Vietnamese Restaurant is as authentic as we had in Vietnam.

Com tam - Vietnamese broken rice is rice that was broken during the milling process. If you're unfamiliar, broken rice has a couscous-like texture. The broken rice plate options might seem extensive, but it's just rice with various combinations of pork chop, beef, pork, fried bean curd with shrimp paste, egg roll, sausage, shredded pork and skin, and steamed egg loaf. All served with veggies, a small bowl of broth, and fish dipping sauce. The plates run from $12.99 to $20.99 for the 10-item plate. If you don't see exactly the plate combination you're looking for, you can just tell the waiter which items you want and they'll charge accordingly. Just ask if you can swap items.

Not Vietnam authentic, but then again I am no expert but definitely satisfied our cravings and brought back memories of our month long trip. We loved it so much that a month ago during the rainy weather that we went back so we can try the noodle soup/pho. The portions were generous for around $13.99 a bowl. I was craving Bun bo Hue, Vietnamese spicy beef noodle soup and my friends ordered beef pho and hu tieu, a Vietnamese Phnom Penh-style seafood noodle soup with pork and shrimp. It was good but I've had better.

“Pho Filet 2 is a solid Vietnamese spot in the San Gabriel Valley if you’re craving a comforting bowl of pho. The restaurant has a casual, no-frills atmosphere where locals come for quick and satisfying meals.

I ordered the Pho Dac Biet (special beef pho), and the broth was rich and aromatic. It came with a generous portion of noodles and different cuts of beef like brisket and tendon. The meat was tender, and the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime really brought the whole bowl together.

I also tried the spring rolls with peanut sauce, which were fresh and light, making a great appetizer before the pho. The portions were big and the prices were very reasonable.

Service was fast and friendly, and the food came out quickly even when the restaurant was busy. Overall, Pho Filet 2 is a great casual spot for authentic Vietnamese comfort food.“

“I know this place is known for their huge rice plates but do not sleep on their bun rieu! It’s the only thing I get here bc there are not that many places that have this on their menu. The pigs blood isn’t the best (Nha Trang in MP is sooo silky), but their flavors are on point. Service is pretty quick and efficient. Looks like they are remodeling the unit in the north corner so hopefully they are expanding!“

“It's a one man band, so it took awhile for us to get our food. You will need patience. But when it comes out, it was so worth it! Next time I'd try calling and order ahead, or order a takeout. There's a lot next door that has zero marking, but you can park there.“

It was delicious and had generous amounts of all the fixings. I can eat but the pho portion was filling and shareable. “I tried this pho when they soft open. Pho was good, best in the area meaning Rowland and Hacienda heights. Our Viet food here in 91745 is medicare at best, until Phoholic opened and Arrived here. You know when Pho good when you walk into the business and come out smell like pho production lol!. Anyways the pho is very good but not the best. They can tone down on the sweetness a Bit too sweet for me. “When I first arrived to this restaurant, I didn’t see any other diners and was quite hesitant. But soon enough they proved my ‘pre-thoughts’ wrong.
Definitely one of the best Vietnamese home cooked meals at a restaurant in the area. The flavour is so authentic that can transport you back to the Southern of Vietnam (mien Tay) in a bite. We ordered the lunch set for family and cannot fault a thing. It came with canh chua, ca chien, goi tom thit, ca kho, bap cai chua. Flavour was mouth watering and all very good value for money. “If this is not the best banh mi in all of Sgv and Oc, I don’t know of any place that can beat them. All cash by the way so come prepared. Their dac biet is the perfect sandwich and their daikon and carrots are light and bouncy with fresh jalapeno with the right amount of pate and butter. They have it down to perfection, nothing less. Had an open house and served it for homebuyers and they were blown away! Highly recommend! Cafe sua da is gold too, loved the shaved ice in the coffee and not too sweet. The ladies in the back are super sweet and you can buy the baguettes and freeze them, then 350 f for 6 mins in toaster or airfryer. Get the egg rolls, and pa te so is good too. My clients loved their vegetarian banh mi too!

This place is the go to for that Vietnamese food crave. The PHO is excellent and the BUN #44 is always good! First of all it's owned by a Vietnamese family (that's always a win) especially when looking for Vietnamese food. The ice coffee will keep you energized for a couple of hours and is as authentic as you can get. Portions are generous and filling. Everything we've ordered here ia spot on so you can't go wrong when ordering.

“This family-owned business usually never disappoints. We love the veggie pho because the broth is vegetable based, not chicken stock. The vegetables are always cooked to perfection and the portions are decent. On our last dining experience, we ordered the vegetable dumplings which came out very quickly. At first bite, I realized they were not vegetable but some kind of meat. While the place was busy, we couldn't find anyone to flag down fast enough before they delivered the correct order because the first one was chicken dumplings.
